I love how the shampoo and conditioner came fully sealed and wrapped. It just provided more security that it wasn’t opened or tampered with.I appreciate getting 10 sample packets. I put them in my gym and travel bags.This is the third time I am using this shampoo and conditioner duo. I have thin, straight, oily, dehydrated hair, staticky and some scalp acne. I tried using other Korean shampoos and they made my hair greasy.The beautiful effect this shampoo has is that it deep cleans your hair. Instead of washing my hair every other day. My hair is so clean, light, and bouncy for three full days before I have to dry shampoo. This probably sounds normal for most people, but that usually isn’t the standard for my oily hair.I appreciate this shampoo because now I can cut back on the wash and dry shampoo!
