I've been buying thus brand of pimenton because it tastes great and is authentic. I usually buy the 75g tin which has a long use by date so as I use a lot I bought the 750g tin but it's only got 10 months to use it.

I have purchased La Chinata's smoked paprika for years, and it is hands down the best one there is on the market! The drying and smoking process causes this pepper to develop a wonderfully rich, aromatic scent and flavor that tanslates beautifully in all kinds of dishes, even those you wouldn't typically imagine would benefit from it! Give it a try, and I'm pretty certain that you will wonder how this smoked pepper hasn't always been a staple part of your spice rack. I usually by the hot, because I enjoy the mild heat it provides. Ich kenne kein Pimenton de la Vera D.O.P. welches so aromatisch ist wie dieses von La Chinata. Habe schon einige andere Marken probiert, aber keine andere kommt an diesen Geschmack mit der Intensität heran. Gleichzeitig fruchtig, feurig und eine dezente Rauchnote, die die Aromen nicht übertönt. Darum auch gleich die 750g-Dose, dann ist es gleichzeitig noch ein Schnäppchen. Klare Kaufempfehlung.
