I ordered THE FlexTone Belt about a month ago and must say I love everything about it! The first thing was the awesome presentation- it’s not just a regular box but has a magnetic flap - kind of reminded me of an I-phone box! Even better than the presentation was the product! The belt is perfect and the control unit that snaps on the belt has every level of stimulation, from the Fat Burner setting, to the Endurance setting, to the deep muscle massage setting. They’re all smooth and unlike some other units I’ve used, really comfortable. It’s simple to use and has a great precise user manual that explains everything! I’ll leave a little tip: If you like the top tray that holds the motor (they tell you to throw it away but I love the package!) just pull out the tray with the motor in it and turn it upside down and then load it upside down and it fits back in the box perfectly! I just like keeping it all nice and neat. The quality and so far the results I’ve gotten are amazing! I use it on my abs and then turn it around and use the deep muscle massage on my lower back. WOW! And I almost forgot to mention you no longer have to use electrodes and gel - that’s gone! Instead it’s all included in this belt with just a little spray of water from the included spray bottle!! Best product of this kind on the market! Hands Down! I Absolutely Love It!❤️

Stopped working after about a dozen times used. Very disappointing. Asking for a replacement to be sent. If that doesn’t happen I will leave another review sharing the results of my request.

A very good product and I have used several. The problem I had is that the belt did not work after 4 months. I know it was the belt because I brought a new one and old motor worked on both.

My belt stopped working after 3days. I contacted the company. I got an immediate responce and was sent a replacement part, when that didn't work, I was sent another replacement part. It works great. This company was really good to work with. And has stayed in contact with me until I was satisfied. Love the product. 10+ rating.

I can’t believe how well this works without gel pads. It has silicone pads that you sprinkle water on before wrapping it around your waist. I have worn it up to six hours per day without any problems. No problem adjusting it or taking it off/on 10 times per day. It might not be the Cadillac for body builders who want specific pad placement, but it works extremely well for a pudgy American who needs abdominal exercise to relieve back problems. I have a dual channel TENS/EMS unit that can do the same thing, however dealing with gel pads (which dry out and then shock you) is not work the effort for most people. So happy after first day, I bought one for my sister and one for my chiropractor to check out and possibly recommend to others.

Worked great until it died a month after I brought it. Christmas gift so I can’t return it. Good idea but sucked it only lasted 4 weeks.
