Don't see how this could be accurate for blood pressure readings
I had high hopes for this tracker, because it had decent reviews and claimed to measure blood pressure and heart rate. I wanted this for health reasons as well as fitness levels. I don't see how this device could possibly be accurate, and the BP readings seemed to track my heart rate in a parallel manner. I suspected that is wasn't accurate at all, so I got a BP arm cuff machine and I was correct - the Fitness Tracker was way off ... all the time. Another big problem I had was that the blue tooth connection was lost almost daily. It took a lot of trial and error to get it connected again, and sometimes I wasn't successful. Since my main reason for purchasing it was for BP readings, I returned it for a refund. I believe the money has gone back on my credit card statement but need to verify. Both the shipment and return were quick and easy.

Update: Very good fitness tracker
Update: I originally gave this a 1-Star due to the fitness tracker no longer connecting to my iPhone. After receiving another fitness tracker with better instructions, I found that I needed only to TURN-OFF Blue tooth, then turn it back on, in order to reconnect to the iPhone; you do not have to have the iPhone on you to synch with the watch, as long as you are at home - range is pretty good. The fitness tracker does all the things it says. The watch function comes up quickly when you move your hand - does not seem to go to another function without actually touching the "button". Steps are recorded continuously. On-the-hour measurements: BP, HR, SPO2. Sedentary reminder beeps every 45 minutes even if you are up and moving around; this is a little annoying. Text message to iPhone comes up on watch with first 10-15 characters. Time is in 24 hr clock only. Very long battery life - at least 2 weeks while wearing. The watchband stays "buckled" with no problem. I am pleased with it and with the price.

watch works reasonably well; app is garbage
The watch itself is adequate, but a little slow. The watch to app interface and the app itself are complete garbage. If the app did anything other than fail, I would have given 3 or 4 stars. For the watch itself, it fits and is reasonably lightweight and not an inconvenience. Measurements are often slow, involving sitting there for 30 seconds or so as it reads.NOTE: for accurate pulse and BP readings, the watch needs to be snug against your skin and above the wrist. As far as readings on the watch, if it is snug, it can be within 5-10 beats/minute of medical equipment; the BP will also be within 15 mmHG of an arm cuff; and the O2 will be within a few percentage points as well. Not perfect, but good enough for a $17 device. The Wearfit app? I do not know where to begin with its failures. The first connection was difficult, almost involving me returning the entire thing to the vendor. For a few days, it was playing the "reconnect the watch to the stupid app" game to get it to work. However, I've not been able to get the app to download data from the watch for 3 days now. I'm thinking of wiping and starting over, but I'll probably end up in the random connection crapshoot again. As far as integrating with Google Fit, I've tried it in the hopes that it could export data so I can track it, but either I'm doing something wrong or its horribly broken.

Breaks as easily as FB, readings are inconsistent, and the App needs improvement
I bought the first one and it broke within a month. Since it was so cheap, I've bought another to give it one more try. The biggest downside is the inconsistency in the readings, and the Blood Pressure algorithm is completely inaccurate - don't rely on it. The Wear fit App also has a lot to be desired. I used Fitbit in the past which is better, but Fitbit is not more reliable despite costing 4 times as much. Fitbit breaks fairly easily too.

Doesn't sync well or keep settings. Sending it back.
Didn't sync with the app always, and was not very accurate when reading sleep. Settings would seem to reset every day. Will be returning this item.

No good FT, waste of money
Does not give accurate readings. I did 13000 steps with 120 calories burnt the whole day with 1 1/2 hours of work out. My heart rate has never been over 119 when machines, while working out state different. My father needs a blood pressure FT, I was about to purchase him another until I started paying attention to this detail... no good!!!

Decent fitness tracker
Not a bad tracker for it's price it does what it's suppose to, the only downside I have with it is it doesn't like to stay synced up with my iPhone so I have to you with it a lot, other than that it's all good.
