Sweet, Simple, Spy-free!
THIS AMAZON VENDOR HAS SUPER EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The phone I received was in 'new' condition - I peeled the factory glass covers off. It is a Verizon-branded phone, but is running flawlessly on T-mobile's network via 4G LTE (Mint Mobile SIM) Takes a second to learn coming from a smart phone, but is so simple and sweet and spy free! No Gemini, and can't have Gemini sneeked onto the phone without your consent, EVER. (This is not a Google Android OS phone, it uses a variant, Kai OS) A great phone for breaking a digital addiction, but also just a great phone. And at $35 no tears if I drop it in a storm drain.

Sound quality declines after a few months
I purchased this phone for my elderly grandmother, hoping it would be simple and reliable for her. For the first three months, the phone worked fine, with good sound quality on both ends. However, after that, the sound quality started to decline noticeably. It’s now difficult to hear the person on the other end clearly, and they often struggle to hear my grandmother as well. Callers sound distant, as if they’re speaking from another room, even when using the speakerphone. Unfortunately, switching to speaker mode didn't help – the sound was still too faint for clear conversations. Now, I'm on the hunt for another phone. $67 down the drain.

Why pay for what I don't need or use?
This phone fits in the stupid short pockets some Einstein decided women's pants should have. That is is a big plus in my book. I’ve been using my phone for almost two weeks. I’m happy with my choice. I’m tired of too-smart-for me small screen devices. This phone makes calls, isn’t half bad for texting considering there’s no touch screen, takes pretty decent photos, and has Bluetooth. I managed to pair it with my Linux laptop and can transfer files via Bluetooth or USB. Full disclosure: I do not like texting on a phone, I dislike almost all apps, and was never interested in using the phone for internet searches or email, etc. I’m old school. Very old school. The nano SIM card from my old phone works in this one and my T Mobile service was uninterrupted. My son-in-law did the switch for me and I didn’t have to go to the T Mobile store. The TM store would have done it for me. Most people would be able to do the SIM change but I had problems and needed help thanks to a peculiarity of the phone I was using. If you’re accustomed to something like an I phone this one does take some getting used to. IMHO it’s worth getting used to. I do miss the maps app but even that isn’t too bad. I saved a lot of money over a fully decked out smart phone which was way out of my budget anyhow. For me taking a step or three backwards technology-wise just made sense. For some this is an excellent phone and I would recommend it. I think it’s the kind of phone kids should have. Anyone who can't or doesn't wish to shell out the cost of an expensive device should consider a this or a similar phone.

Hubby happy
Just what my hubby needed because he can put it in his pant pocket so he isn't dropping it like he did when he had a smart phone! No more complaining about why he couldn't just use a phone "like his old one"! lol

Wow, what a great phone
I love this phone (so far), it is really an upgraded more modern flip phone. The one thing I did was download a classic regular ringtone and uploaded it from my computer, I don't like the generic song like options they give you I like the sound of a phone. Takes 2 seconds to do. You can click on links that surveys or your doctor sends you. It is more than I was expecting for the price. Just great.

Simple 4G Flip phone
I like the 4G capacity. The key pad has larger numbers. It is not complicated. My elderly mother feels less intimidated using and operating this phone compared to a touch screen. She simply wants a phone that she can keep on her person and make and receive calls with as few bells and whistles as possible.

It did not work. The sim card would not fit
This was a flop. A waste of time and money. The sim card they said would fit did not.

Won’t buy again
I prefer the Alcatel flip phone over this one.
