I needed a simple 1Gig SFP for my new Unifi UDM SE that has only SFP+ (10Gig) SFP ports. My older 1Gig SFP's that work with my first Gen Unifi switches were not recognized in the newer SFP+ ports on my new Dream Machine SE. I tried to manually set the SFP+ ports to 1000Mb/s, and nothing.With this SFP it immediately was recognized by the Unifi console and the port light on the UDM came on, I plugged into my laptop and was getting fill 1 gigabit throughput. Even with the port set to autonegotiate it worked like a charm. Now I just wish I would have bought the 2 or 4 pack.I'm running all the current Unifi software, if in the future I have issues with this SFP I will update this post.

These worked perfectly in my Ubiquity USW-24. They were immediately recognized and linked up reliably.The only oddity I see is that the media type identifies as optical (fiber) rather than copper:GigabitEthernet26 is up Hardware is Gigabit Ethernet Auto-duplex, Auto-speed, media type is FiberThis might be an idiosyncrasy of the switch OS rather than the SFP, but either way it appears to work flawlessly.

Worked as advertised in my Unifi UDM pro

SFP to RJ45 adapter (ethernet) plug. I thought I needed this for a device. Apparently not. Unsure if device works or not but assuming so. Will do further review and update posting. As of now will give 3 star as Average Rating.

This worked between mikrotik switch and pfsense CE (hp thin client). I did not test speeds but don't notice any extra lag. This is the third ipolex SFP to RJ45 transceiver I have purchased for a large network project. In all cases these are plug n play. Attach them and they work, simple as that.

Habe mit diesem ipolex Kabel jede Kombination aus QNAP-NAS (Mellanox SFP+), D-Link Switch (SFP), Zyxel Switch (SFP+) verbunden.Was soll ich sagen? Hat alles auf Anhieb funktioniert.Damit Top Preis-Leistung und die Qualität ist für den ambitionierten Hobby-Netzwerker sicher auch tadellos.

I bought this to utilise the 10Gb SFP+ port on my Asus AX89X router.Simply plugged in to the SFP port on the router and connected to the 10Gb LAN port on my desktop and bingo 10Gb link in place.They are pricy for what you get however I cannot use the 10Gb Base T port on my router as it's currently set up as the WAN input for the Virgin Media 1Gb internet so good to have another 10Gb port that I can use for my home network.
