Not to be confused with the character in charge of the railway in the children's story books.These are aluminised sheets which fit over your grill pan and soak up the fat and grease which comes off your grilled bacon, sausages or whatever meat, etc, you are grilling. They work and stop that horrible greasy build-up in the bottom of your grill pan.

I love these fat controller pads and never grill anything without them. Previously when grilling items the fat used to spit and make a mess of my grill. These cut down the fat spitting to almost nothing.
