Gorgeous! I love Ylang Ylang, I'm having a go at making soap and this is the first essential oil I have bought, I think a little will definitely go a long way, product packs a mighty punch for one small splash! It smells like oriental flowers on a hot tropical humid day, and evokes the feeling of actually being there, sublime aroma! Arrived quickly too thank you

This comes in a small brown bottle which has black screw on top. The bottle has a plastic dropper seal and this limits how much oil is dispensed each time. It smells lovely.Ylang-ylang essential oil is known for its nice aromatic properties and I mainly use it in my diffuser. Just a few drops used in the diffuser in the evening makes the house smell nice and this also helps me to relax. Ylang-ylang essential oil also makes very good blends with essential oils derived from lavender, grapefruits, sandalwood and bergamot.It is good to have this oil as it has antiseptic properties. It protects wounds and cut from infections from bacteria, virus and fungus and also helps to speed up the healing process of wounds. By disinfecting the wounds, the oil helps to prevent both sepsis and tetanus by inhibiting microbial growth. You can use a few drops of ylang-ylang oil mixed with a carrier oil but you have to do a patch test before applying to the skin. Ylang Ylang is an oil I was very excited to try out. Of the many uses it has, the one I was most excited for was the sedative property. Besides the fact that it smells amazing (although it is a VERY strong scent) it works wonders for insomnia and anxiety. I placed a little bit on the tips of my fingers before bed, and rubbed the oil into my temples as well as putting a little under my nose. It helps calm the mind enough to drift off to sleep. All in all I would recommend this product, especially if you suffer from anxiety and sleepless nights.Note I received this product for a discounted price in exchange for an honest review.

Known to be a calming, relaxing oil, this Ylang Ylang does just that. Mixing it with lavender oil in a diffuser puts the perfect touch on a good night's sleep. We love it.

,,The quality was great but the fragrance was not what I expected. A day or two later I got an email from Ovia asking how I liked my new purchase so I took the opportunity to explain..... Not sure if it was just my nose or if the clove smell was supposed to be so strong.... (I was under the impression it would have a floral scent). They refunded my money without question or having to send back the bottle, plus suggested that I pick out a different oil free of charge. Very classy! I pick out "Enhance" ( which cost even more than the Ylang Ylang did) .OVIA is a great company to do business with and their products are top quality. I highly recommend them.
