Works perfectly for the neurodivergent brain
This is my third time purchasing this planner and I have no intentions on switching it up. Like the author, Laura, I was diagnosed with ADHD in a later time in my life. Right now I'm about to turn 29 and and I was officially diagnosed in 2019/2020. I always knew I had some thing, but after the diagnosis and learning and picking up tools on how to navigate life, this planner helps immensely. I also have bipolar disorder, anxiety and PTSD so organization like the planner is a great thing. It probably helps out people who also don't have ADHD but for people who can relate to my review, I suggest you get it.Hardcopy, helps breaks down your goals, what you want to accomplish for the day, the week, it gives you areas to brain dump and doodle... um it goes over your accomplishments and what you could have done better... yeah I would give it a try :) if not, you can return it lol

SO Helpful
I love this planner so much I emailed the seller when it was unavailable to see if they had anyin a corner of a warehouse I could buy. I love that it gives a couple of ways to break down long term goals and areas to plan them. With ADHD and whatever else impacts how I plan and work, routines REALLY help and there's both a section to make routines AND daily check-offs to mark if you do them or not. Doing stuff at work is much easier than trying to either be productive or meaningfully relax at home, so setting up these routines as cues helps so much. The daily pages are helpful--especially having priorities, places for freeform notes, and a place to note things that worked/things I achieved. With so many ideas of what I can or should do bombarding me constantly, it helps to step back and be mindful of what I DID do. I also love the weekly planning, especially the grid page to mind map in whatever way is useful that week, and the overall schedule/priorities page--I need both the big picture and details. If you don't like the name/having the name on the cover, I found it easy to apply stickers etc.I stalked the listing to see when it would be back when customer service gave me an estimate, so I saw it the day it came back on, and then they also emailed my neurotic self to let me know it was back. Love the planner, love the team behind it.

Almost prefect
I haven’t had long, but it seems really nice. It’s really well made and I’ve had a lot of planners in my day. my only critique would be is that could use a slot to put a pin because well if you need an ADHD planner, you probably understand

Not good for ADD/ADHD
My daughter and I have both been diagnosed with ADD/ADHD. Both are mental illnesses and are one and the same, but different. We have trouble focusing and organizing I thought this journal/planner would help me organize my thoughts and plan my life a little bit better week by week. But because there are so many different categories and there’s no instructions on how to use each category or make the best use of them, it actually created a little more frustration and stress, and that exacerbated my ADD. So I decided to give it to my daughter because we always use erasable pens, so she could just erase the ink from pages that I wrote on. Within about 20 minutes of her using the book, she’s said that it’s making her ADD worse. She said this on her own, I never mentioned to her about any of my complaints regarding the book. When people have ADD, they need things to be more simplified to reduce the stress caused by ADD. And it’s interesting that the creator of this journal also has ADHD. I recommend that the company puts more ribbons in the book to separate each category to help keep a scatter brain organized. There’s only three ribbons, but there are at least six or seven categories with the same pages. Or maybe some tabs that are labeled to separate each category. I also think it would be a good idea to make the book more interesting or exciting. Looking on the inside/outside. It’s so plain. Thankfully, my daughter likes to draw and she’s an artist so she told me that she’s gonna decorate the book very heavily and add color to I also think it would be a good idea to make the book more interesting or exciting. Thankfully, my daughter likes to draw and she’s an artist so she told me that she’s gonna decorate the book very heavily and add color to it. she plans on reconstructing the book she plans on reconstructing the book herself herself. I also recommend that they add a video of how to use each category on the picture slides. Mostly it’s self-explanatory, but there are a couple of things that I wasn’t sure of, and I didn’t like that feeling. It’s a good idea though, it just needs some tweaking. But this book might work for some people so I do recommend giving it a try.

Oh my God if you have ADD or ADHD, get it.
The only problem and I mean, only one is that it can pick up stains on the cover fairly easily. But what's inside is so helpful for a scatterbrains and it's exactly what I need right now especially after going through some trauma and my ADD being exacerbated, it's really kept me much more focused
