Maison AlhambraCassius for Men - 3.4 oz EDP Spray

The box and bottle says I'm classy and mysterious. For the price, quality, and longevity, this rendition of Parfum de Marly Carlisle is the way to go.The initial spray is like seasoned wood burning in a fireplace. Smokey and warm. This was intriguing. I wasn't sure how to feel. I prefer more of the fresh and clean scents but wanted to try something that has been highly recommended.Thank goodness for the dry down! The sweetness finally came through along with spices and other scents reminiscent of incense, smoke, apple, bergamot, and pink pepper.I'm thinking maceration would be a good idea for this. In the meantime, if you plan to wear this, spray about 60-90 minutes before your destination. The wearability will hold up and it just gets better and better with the dry down.Enjoy

this is a very good clone of PDM carlisle. it has excellent projection for a few hours, and the scent lasts easily a work day. Great for special occasions maybe, but so affordable you could wear this every day and never worry. 10/10 fragrance

This is a very close clone to carlisle. The smell is incredible and can be worn as a signature scent. It does not project as much as I would prefer, but every ones skin chemistry is different.

Clone of PDM Carlisle, for what it is, (at this price) it's definitely 5 stars. Of course it isn't going to be as good as Carlisle... but it is legitimately not just a great clone, but an excellent fragrance in general. Smells much better than it's price would imply, much like the Hercules clone of Herod. I own Herod and Carlisle both, these are beyond worth it if you want the DNA without the price.

Man oh man. This is horrible. Bottle came broken and leaked everywhere which what ever these things happen. The smell is the real star of this tragedy. My god is it awful. I have 61 bottles of fragrances and the reaction my fiancé gave was the first. He words were "omg you don't plan on wearing that do you" and for reference shes such a sweet woman that if she doesn't like a new fragrance she says "it's ok". This one however was a plea for me to never consider wearing it it's that bad. Heres what it smells like go to a smoke shop and grab a bag of those cone incense. The cheaper the better. Then stick your nose deep in the bag and inhale vigorously. That is a 1:1 example on the scent this is. I've never smelled the original from PDM but if anyone disagrees with my review of this product then that brings up a whole other issue that I got a fake of a clone which would just be sad.

This is a clone of pdm Carlisle. It's a beautiful tobacco fragrance. I also pickup on the green apple. I have this and exclusif tabac, they are both similar but not the same. This projects like a beast and longevity is pretty good too. Maison alhambra is a fantastic clone house!

A fairly decent dupe of Carlisle, but I found it lacked complexity & richness, and the performance was a bit weak.I wound up replacing this with Tafakhar by Ard Al Zaafaran, a richer and longer lasting scent IMO.This was not one a favorite from Alhambra - I've been far happier with several others.

Smells nearly identical to its inspiration.Cassius is only slightly metallic on the initial spray, the subtle warmth isn’t quite there but for the most part, unless you had the OG side by side, you’re saving yourself $400.It dries down about the same, maybe a little sweeter. The longevity is great, lasts about 6-8 hours, maybe more. Sillage is impressive, a couple sprays is all you need.Went out with a buddy after applying the scent the previous afternoon and he smelled it on me the next morning about 12 hours later. Lots of compliments. Very masculine, almost tobacco fragrance.Overall I’m very happy with my purchase.
