Bought the snowcone machine for my son to do as a fundraiser for soccer makes the ice so snowy and smooth works great produces a lot of snow cones so happy with this purchase

I lost the power cord to my machine is there any way I can buy another one.

I bought this machine for my family. It works great. The other reviews saying ice comes out on top plunger are true but its a small amount and doesnt affect anything.

Did not work! Bought it and did not open until a couple of months later when we needed it for our church event. Non functional ! Dissatisfied.

The media could not be loaded. I dislike the that after pushing ice threw the levor will pull some crushed ice back with it . Definitely need to have a mat or mop nearby. Other thank that the machine works great came with extra blade and squeeze bottles and drain tube . The day it arrive I had a few neices and nephews over and they loved it blue and red tongues threw out the house .. over all hope it last because really works great certainly will make our summers much more fun and cooler

Updated my review from a 1 to 5. This company made it right. I was initially sent a snow cone machine with cracks in it. Upon filling out the request to return, the company contacted me and wanted to make it right. They sent out a new one immediately and it arrived before my events. The machine works perfectly and was the highlight on a hot Houston day. Customer Service was impeccable.

Lets just say i cant keep enough ice on hand . I bought so i could let grandkids have something special.well once they got one then everyone else wanted one . I cant keep up .Husband especially likes because he can put on as much syrup as he wants . he says when he buys they never put enough syrup.
