This product is super! It is so convenient with its compact size and a little carry pouch ideal for traveling, etc. It is great to be able to control the heat to get the perfect temperature and also control the vibrations depending on how bad or how light pains may be. This product is amazing. You can feel the heat even when it’s over a piece of clothing. The massage for your stomach is amazing, it lasts a very long time. It was a really good bargain. It is fully charged after about like 40/45 minutes. Overall the product is fantastic.

I bought this item for my partner who struggles at her time of the month and within 5 mins of wearing this item she was in love with it the vibration effect eases the tension and the heat takes the pain also more movement than it would be with a hot water bottle she can get around alot more even helps with the lower back pain she's always suffered with definitely a must for women struggling 1000% recommended

Heats quickly, but can hardly feel the vibration
You can feel the heat, but the vibration just isn't strong enough to provide any relief. Will have to return to find a stronger one.
