Stretchy and sticky
The plastic this wrap is made off is strong, stretchy and sticky as it should. I was able to walk normally after wrapping my knees. The plastic is thick enough to not tear, yet easy to cut by hand. I was able to wrap my own upper arms easily. Good quality, comfortable and good price for 100 meters! I'm using the wrap in combination with cellulite oil.

Use this to sweat more
I have used osmotic wrap for years. This wrap is thicker than saran wrap as some may think. Best if used in conjunction with a fat burner cream or under your sweat wrap. You will see great results with consistent use. It also can trap your sweat somewhat so its not pouring from you
