This was well packaged. Nothing to assemble its ready to go. Looks good too in chrome. However it is very noisy, even on the lowest of the 3 speeds. I guess this is because the blades are metal. The plastic fans seems to be much quieter.This is being used on the patio when sunbathing to keep you cool, so the noise isn't an issue really. But if you were looking to use this indoors I think you'd find it a bit too noisy.Also, one other issue. There is hardly any discernable difference between the 3 speed settings - a slight change in speed but nothing major as with other fans I've used. So based on those 2 negatives I'd give it 3 out of 5.

I have received this 12inch fan to review on behalf of Amazon. It arrived promptly and well packaged.In the warm weather, having a strong fan is just the thing. This fan comes pre assemble and feels well built. It has 3 speed setting and an off switch. It also has 2 side knobs to set the angle of the fan. The lead isn't the longest, but is sufficient. Even on its lowest setting, the fan is quite powerful. My 2 dogs love it of full.

Comes well packaged in a box showing you exactly what you're getting. Inside the silver coloured fan is ready made in one piece with no assembly required. It has a good length 1.8m power cable so doesn't need to be placed directly next to the plug socket. There is a built in cord wrap on the back. 4 push buttons to operate, with 3 levels of power, each giving out a great amount of cool air. Quite powerful, having it on the first setting is enough for us and you can feel it from across the room. We didnt need it on for a long time to cool the room down either. Sat on rubber feet, a sturdy base to ensure it sits steady and doesnt tip over or move at all. Youre able to tilt it to set its position. Lightweight and portable, you can move it around easily and set up where ever you need. A little noisy as to be expected with fans. Easy and simple to use doing exactly what it should.

3 power settings and when on max is quite strong.I put it next to the back door to try and pull in fresh air into the house and it does a good job.Recommend.

It looks a bitt like an old-fashioned aircraft propeller and it certainly moves a lopt of air, yet it is surprisingly quiet. In the current hot weather, it is a really good addition for house and home.

The media could not be loaded.  I love this fan, it's a chrome finish and full metal build so looks as stylish as it feels. I actually didn't find it too noisy at all, I've been using a small 6inch white plastic fan for over a year which is much louder. This is a generous size and even on the lowest setting is sufficient at cooling a medium / large sized room. All built and ready to go straight away. The fan fascia can come off also to keep it clean. I'd definitely buy another, living with someone with COPD this really helps them feel like there's fresh air circulating even in the warmest of weather.
