I only write reviews I am passionate about. Where to begin. I had my best friends baby shower today that required a hot cocoa bar. I made the cocoa at 9 am and placed it into the carafes. While creating the cocoa cart one of the carafes flew off a 4 ft surface, hit the ground, rolled away and STILL DID NOT SPILL ANY COCOA! A miracle ! So the vacuum seal is no joke. It WORKS. Secondly, it is now 10 pm, and I have transported the carafes back home and poured myself a glass to test the temperature. STILL BURN MY MOUTH HOT! These things are so LEGIT! Buy them. Don’t second guess it. Sturdy, reliable, and well made.

These worked great for me. I’ve used them for hot chocolate and boiling water. 24 hours later and the contents were still warm or lukewarm. This was more than I expected. I only needed the drinks hot for a few hours. They do leak a little when tipped but that wasn’t a dealbreaker for me.
