The instructions said that it came inflated but mine did not. I attempted to inflate it with the hand pump that comes with the cushion but it would not work. I hooked it up to my hand pump for my bicycle and was able to put air in and the air does hold so now things are working as they should.

I would give this product a 5 star rating if the pump was working. Everything arrived in good shipping order, however the hand pump interior gasket was not securely in place so no air could get pumped.

It came with NO instructions, NO way to inflate and a hole in it.

Great product. Use this at my desk everyday.

I don't use it always but mostly. Haven't had to inflate it yet. Reserve the right to do that then make evaluation then.

Pump came broken, which was frustrating. Otherwise a nice product.

I’ve been using this on my office chair. It works like a mini exercise ball but not blown up all the way. I have weak ligaments so need gentle exercise and am loving this for my core. I’ve also tried it standing at my counter where I can support myself as needed. I’ve been able to sit at my desk and not get stiff. So far so good.
