Outdoor bbq. People were able to eat with out flys, bees or wasps bothering them.

The media could not be loaded.  Purchased because my ducks and chickens bring lots of flies. It's lightweight and easy to setup. It requires batteries which aren't included but you can get from any store. Once the batteries go in and you turn it on it spins the top with the lights down the blades to attract the flies to it and not you thus saving your legs from fly bites. A must have if you deal with flies near your home

Although they do work as intended I feel they are pretty big and therefore distracting (well, pretty ugly really) on the table. I do not know what others are like but I do not like that when they are not in use the fan part still sticks out (parallel to the table surface).

Unfortunately these fans didn't last very long. After only one set of Duracell batteries the fan motors became so weak that the blades spun at a ridiculously slow speed and were no longer affective at repelling flies.I Do NOT recommend this product.

I bought these because in the summer the flies are always around the food and so far it has worked. The flies don’t get near these things.

I received these 7/10/22 and by 8/13/22 they no longer work. We barely used them. I changed the batteries and tried two different sets of AA batteries so it’s not my batteries. Both of them are not working. Actually one of them never worked bc we’ve only ever used one and bc it stopped working we put the batteries in the other one that we never used and it just plain doesn’t work. And now I’m past the return window. Junk. Waste of money.

No fault of the spinners, but the flies get used to it and learn to fly under the blades! Still a good idea.
