Worth the cost and effort to use for my sore neck muscles.
Nice fit for an adult male. Heating feels good and gets fairly warm - all the heat I want. TENS stimulation is gentle and subtle, with many levels and seems to work nicely. Smaller unit than I thought it would be but fits and works well. Nice warranty and company support - it appears. Hopefully it will last. Well packaged and charging cable is included. Directions require some figuring out with language issues to some degree, but it is fairly easy to figure it all out. Not as expensive as many similar units. I am a happy camper.

Perfect for neck nerve and muscle relaxation
This is my first TENS device. Some first impressions and thoughts after several uses. 1). The build quality is top-notch. It's well designed, and the body and the electrode pads seem to be good materials. 2). Compact and comfortable to wear. I used it in different settings - sitting in front of the computer, standing while preparing food, and moving around in the house. 3). The tingling feeling at first takes some getting used to. After that, I feel noticeable relief in my stiff neck. The TENS therapy seems to work by improving the circulation while stimulating the nerve and the muscles. 4). I'm still trying out the different modes, heat levels, and intensities. I wish there's small display on the remote to show simple mode selections and intensity level, so I can remember the best settings. 5). It's not a deep-tissue kneading massager. It uses nerve and muscle stimulation rather than physical pressure. It's less invasive but may not provide the direct and immediate hands-on feels. For me, I plan to use this TENS unit regularly like 5-10 minutes break after working long hours at my desk. Because it's portable and so easy to use. I can bring it with me to office or when I travel. I will use a Shiatsu massager only when my neck is really stiff and need deep muscle manipulation. Overall, it's a perfect TENS device for its purpose, easy to use, compact and portable, and effective for neck nerve and muscle relief.

YEOWCH! Be careful of the neck contact pads!
My wife wanted me to try this device---early Papa's Day gift---and I quickly discovered that it was like a tens unit, without the sticky pads. My neck issue is not tired, sore muscles, it is neurological in nature (severe spinal stenosis that compresses my spinal cord, and impinges nerve roots in my right neck & shoulder), so this device is useless to alleviate my pain... Also, I have a fairly thick neck (the young lady in the pic on the device box has the neck of a gazelle, so, for her, it must be comfortable to use), and the side pads were compressing my carotids on both sides, making me feel woozy...when I tried to gently pull the device side pads apart to relieve the pressure, I inadvertently caused one of the contact pads to lose contact on the back of my neck---and it felt like I got tasered on my neck, the shock was so bad! And the same thing happened to my wife when she put it on---she shrieked when the pad lost contact on her neck!!! 😳⚡ SO...to say that this device is not for me/us is a mega-understatement...anyone looking to purchase any device like this one (or others), be advised that it is for MUSCULAR neck pain only---and for Pete's sake, do NOT adjust it on yer neck when the device is ON!!! Turn it OFF before you touch it!!! 🫣😱

Different but satisfying electric pulse massager
I didn't quite know what to expect from a "massager" that delivers relief through electric pulse technology, but after a week of using this product, I can confidently say I'm happy to have it in my arsenal of massage therapy tools. If you're expecting a traditional push/rub massage, this doesn't deliver that. It sends electric pulses of varying strength (which you can increase/decrease using the intensity buttons) and patterns (which you control using the "mode" button), which make your neck muscles rapidly tighten and relax. It's a really unique sensation and I enjoy it! I could, however, see how some may not find this too appealing. If you're looking for a more modern and unique way to relax, this may just be for you. Other positive aspects are the heat function, the remote control (which conveniently can be stuck onto the massager due to a magnetic clip), and the long battery life. Overall, I'm satisfied!

Next generation of neck pain relief from Comfier!
On my a few of last visits to a physical therapist, he used a TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulator) to relieve the pain on my lower back. TENS a non-invasive pain relief mechanism that uses low-voltage electrical current delivered through the skin to stimulate nerves to release endorphin and reduce pain feeling. Basically, the physical therapist put a device that includes multiple electrodes on my back near the pain source through which the electrical impulses. My lower back feels tingling of different degree which is because of the electric current is transmitted to my nerve through the skin. My back feels substantially better after a few treatments, and I was very impressed by the pain reducing effect by TENS, after each run of 15-20 min. Last week on a whim I searched in Amazon to see if there are TENS massagers available. I came across this Comfier TENS which is designed to reduce the pain on the neck. Today almost everyone who works before a computer has neck pain. I decided to pull the trigger and give it a shot. After having used this device for 3 days my conclusion is that this TENS from Comfier has exceeded my expectation. The Comfier TENS functions appear to have 5-6 modes including tapping, cupping, scraping, shiatsu, acupuncture, etc., the intensify of each can be adjusted through tapping the “+” or “-“ button on the remote. My sweetest intensity is about 10 (when the device is on, the intensity is the lowest, so by 10 I mean I click “+” 10 times), and at such an intensity my skin is tingling but not very painful. The real beauty about TENS is that my neck feels so good one hour after one run, probably because endorphin releases in a delayed manner after use. It appears that when the TENS is on, the two electrodes are also heating, which adds to extra benefit of improving blood circulation on the neck. It also appears that the two tips of device also have heating feature, which can be run simultaneously or separately from the nerve stimulation function.

Okay but needs improvement
I like this unit somewhat but it needs some improvement. First what I like. It is lightweight and easy to travel with. I like the remote as well. You can control the intensity from the remote. What I do not like is that you have to hold it flat against your neck to get the best treatment. Otherwise it will sting from not making good contact. It helps with my muscle tension in my neck somewhat but I prefer my Stim unit since I can move the placement and I do not need to hold it.

Comfortable Massager with Heat
I’ve been using this neck massager for a few days and found it easy to wear and lightweight. The heat function gives off a soft warmth that feels pleasant, especially after sitting at my desk for long hours. The different intensity settings let me adjust it gradually until it feels right. It charges quickly and can be used without being plugged in. The design fits well around my neck and stays in place without feeling tight.

Well Thought Out Product
I have a different EMS/TEMS stimulator with pads but I never use it because it is such a hassle with the cables and sticky pads. This is where the COMFIER neck massager shines. This unit is so easy and quick to use. I absolutely love it and I use it frequently when I am at my office job. This device is very well thought out. It is very flexible for maximum comfort and functionality. The remote can be attached to the massaging device via a strong magnet (remote battery is a CR2032). The heating functionality works great and you can feel it warming up within 1 second. Some of the massaging settings I don't like so much but you can change it and I do have a favorite one that I really like, and it remembers the last setting it was on. Built quality is really good and COMFIER offers a 3 year warranty if you register your product within 60 days. You don’t get a warranty like this for most products you buy.
