Silky soil
I used this soil when this plant was a 1foot tall. 2 years later it thrived so much I had to split the 2 growths @ transplant. I used this soil again. I now have 2 plants.I enclosed a pitchure of 1 of them. Their both doing good. I recommend this soil @ a well draining pot. Your bird of paradise will thrive. I also use fertilizer sticks every 3 months.😊

Saved my Bird of Paradise
So I was struggling with root rot. I over watered and the old soil clogged up creating the nasty fungus. I bought this in hopes that I could save my beloved plant and it certainly saved it! The soil mix is absolutely perfect for my plant! It aerates pretty well and my plant seemed to bounce back in no time! Will be buying again when I need to repot!

Nice product but you don’t get a lot for the price. Especially if you need to fill a few pots you’ll need a few bags

WORST SOIL EVER!!!!
WORST SOIL EVER!!!! I bought this mix to repot, my bird of paradise, and water the soil. The soil was so hard that I couldn’t even dig my finger in it. Eventually, my plant died in a few weeks. I do not recommend this product if you don’t want to kill your bird of paradise.
