OK FOR THE FIRST MONTH THEN NOTHING
When I first received this it worked fine and as a result I didn't think I would need my BT router any more but after just one month it just died and now as a result I just can't get any kind of connection at all I expected better from Vodafone because I have been with them since 2005 so I am now very sorry I bought it in the first place as it is only fit for the bin now complete rubbish and now no use to me at all whatsoever

Works very well, unlocked. Great price.
I tried a 3 SIM and an EE SIM and both worked fine. Got 18 Mb download from my phone hotspot on my Humax Aura, 22 with this, despite a red light warming of poor 4g signal in the caravan. I placed it outside the van and got 45 down on it, no weak signal light. WiFi range easily covers my large static and the decking area. Maybe try a waterproof container and hide it in the guttering.

This unit failed very quickly
The battery failed very quickly unit is worthless nowThe Amazon chat says I am not eligible for a return ?? Unit was bought oct 6 will be seeking a charge back as this should have a warranty of some descriptionStay well clear of this sellerI have reached out but still no reply very very poor customer serviceBut worse that that the product has a 2 year SIM card I took out but now have no unit to use it on thanks guys well done you !!!

It failed dismally
It did not work from the beginning. I struggled to connect it until I figured out the connection details behind the battery. The instructions are poorly illustrated. Once connected, it kept going on and off, and it was not reliable. I just disconnected it. I wanted to replace SKY broadband with this one, but I will stick with Sky. Sorry, I wouldn't recommend it. However, you can try. Digital can work with some gadgets, but not with others.

Ok for first month, then........
This was great for the first month or so. It took a bit of getting used to but worked fine. Now though, i can't connect my music from my phone, can't connect Alexa, can't connect the tracker on my campervan, and I'm very limited in what i can look up on line. For £200 I'm very, very disappointed and i wouldn't recommend this cheap rubbish to anyone.
