It fits r134a bottles and clams around them tightly to ensure a good seal No other taps I had worked and it was a huge relief that this one worked with the self sealing cans

Don’t hesitate to purchase
I was very skeptical that these would work on a R134-A can but they worked perfectly. Would highly recommend this product for R12, R134-A or other refrigerants that come in those size cans.

Does not work with shorter freon cans.
I returned this purchase as it would not fit the fat short R134A cans. The taller thinner cans will fit without a problem.
