The best dehumidifier I have ever used! very good value for money!Very efficient, compared to other dehumidifiers I have used, Very high working energy efficiency！the room becomes comfortable very quickly, very energy-saving. The moisture removed from the air in one day by the previous used dehumidifier was nothing compared to the 3 hours of work by this machine. The results are obvious. No more water drips on the walls of the room, no water on the floor, no worries about slipping. Clothes are no longer unpleasantly damp. Especially at low temperatures, I'm cold here, but the auto defrost works great, It is still efficient, and the tank fills up quickly with airborne water.The cont and dry modes, which are tailor-made for me. Set the humidity and it is OK！There are many functions very useful and very smart ，It is very easy to use。Drainage is very user-friendly, the tank full of water with just the right weight, easy to lift and pour. Of course, if don't want to drain the tank, it can also drain by the hose. At first I mistakenly thought 50pint was a water tank capacity , Oh! 50pint is 25 litres of water, hard to lift and empty, how ignorant am I ! Actually 50 pint means it can removes up 50 pints of moisture per day, Not the tank capacity！If the water tank is too big and it is difficult to lift and empty.I am very satisfied with this purchase and I plan to buy 3 more.

Read entire review. the product works fine, but the vendor does not have a website, i tried using Amazon support to get the hose which was missing, and they had no clue how to help me. I also wanted a downloadable manual (manual was included), but amazon kept giving me a link to the vendor which simply looped back to amazon support. Again, seems like a good product so far, but support is everything

Works great, small capacity on tank

This has become a lifesaver for our home. Pulls a ton of moisture/humidity from the air and makes our downstairs much more pleasant during a Texas summer. I actually have another on I put upstairs as well.

This item has been efficiently working in our basement, and I couldn't be happier with its performance. The hose automatically draining ensures I do not have to keep emptying the tank, which is a huge convenience. The only flaw is that it does produce some noise, so I wouldn't recommend it for a common space in the house. Despite this minor issue, it has been a reliable and effective solution for our needs.

Mine did not work and will be returning it. Was delivered on its side. After removing the pouter box I saw the warning that it should remain “this end up”. Further instructions said to leave it upright 24 hours before use. We waited 48 hours. Worked and dehumidified but shortly after starting it overheated and stopped dehumidifying. Gave a high rating because I feel the failure might be from shipping?

Dehumidifies very well. One issue is that tank is quite small, if it's humid enough it fills up within several hours (though part of it is due to how well dehumidifier dehumidifies). And attaching hose is harder to figure out than one would expect. But those issues aren't enough to remove a star, the unit is great otherwise, given that I use it in living area. For out of the way area (e.g. basement), I'd either make sure it drains through the hose, or get one with a bigger tank.
