I use it for croissant dough! It's excellent. It doesn't change the texture of the dough or add any flavor! It has an intense color.

This is the only white coloring I use, it whitens my ganache, my buttercream overall just good, i purchase it over and over, I'm probably on my 100th bottle. its amazing quality its thick, but also runny, its the perfect consistency its sealed well, and arrived intact.

I swear by Chefmaster for my cakes and cookies and wouldn't use any other coloring. Works wonderful to get the perfect shade of icing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a gel based food coloring.

This works great as a non-toxic coloring agent for homemade slime. Nice, watery formula. We purchased all the ingredients to make clear slime, but also wanted an easy option to make the pastel and milky versions. Add this in slowly. You do not need much, so this amount will last you forever. It will make the slime more runny again, so we had to add more activator until it was the desired consistency. We haven't tasted this, so I cant speak to how it is for cooking purposes. Did not stain any of our hands or countertops.

The thickness of this white food coloring is really nice — not watery at all, which makes it easy to control. The quality is great and it actually does what it’s supposed to do. It made what I was working on noticeably whiter and more opaque. There’s no real smell, which I personally didn’t care for, but it’s not strong or offensive — just kind of neutral. As for taste, I didn’t notice any, which is a plus for food coloring. It did slightly stain my fingers, but it washed off without much effort, so that wasn’t a big issue. I can’t really speak on durability since I haven’t dropped the bottle or anything like that yet. Overall, solid product that performs well and delivers good results. Oh, and it tastes fine.

This stuff works great. Last white I bought from Michael’s worked ok but took less than half as much with this stuff to turn ganache white. Will never try anything else.

Used this for when I’d dip my grapes and needed the extra color. Will last a long time and is good quality

I use this for baking Oreo cookies and the results are very nice

tried this but still prefer wilton’s.it did not get my buttercream frosting as white as wilton does.
