Yes!
I love this! & it fits which was a major concern for me because I wear size 3X. Listen to music while you do it & you’ll get in the zone. I was able to do it on my first attempt so I would say it’s fairly easy to learn. It’s really fun. I haven’t seen results yet but it’s only been week so far. Day 2 was the hardest. Now my muscles are getting used to the movements. It’s super low impact which I need because i have bad knees. Get one! Don’t wait, just do it.

Fun way to exercise
Easy to use once you get the hang of it. Took me a few tries before I understood how it worked. Was super tough in the beginning though!! The plastic is hard and sturdy. Ball is heavy!

Good exercise
I found this easy to assemble. I think a good video with tips for use would be beneficial. A friend gave me tips for use.

Fun to hoop
I love this hula hoop. I have no clue if it actually helps with weight loss but I for sure have fun using it. The hoop is pretty comfortable, it doesn't leave an indent or irritate my waist. I wear a size 26 pants and the hoop fits great, I even had to take one link out.

Fun but overpriced
I've been using this for about two weeks now. It does what I bought it to do and I have a lot of fun using it, but there are certain flaws that lead me to say it's overpriced.First the good: it's easy to put together and works as advertised. It took me a few tries to find the right fit (a little tighter than I first thought) and several practice attempts before I could get the weight spinning long enough for a good workout (but I was never that great at regular hula hoops as a kid). Playing with the length of the cord also resulted in a much better workout, and the catch is very strong; it holds whatever length I set no matter how hard or long I use it.Snapping the links into position was moderately challenging, but my grip strength is relatively poor so no surprise there. Opening and closing the hoop for actual use is easy, and that's what's important. There's a novelty factor to this, of course, but I do find it fun to use, which motivates me to use it regularly. Now the not so good: a few of the pieces arrived broken. Although I don't need those links now, it's disappointing that I won't have them in the future if need be.A bigger issue is that this thing is loud -- not "wake the neighbors" loud but loud enough to disturb others in the house. I wasn't expecting it to be utterly silent, but neither was I expecting this rattling. This limits my use of it somewhat.I got this as a cardio option other than walking or biking. I have posterior tibial tendonitis -- a fancy way of saying tendonitis of the ankle/foot; walking or running for long distances can irritate it, and biking isn't always an option for me. The weighted hula hoop is a very good alternative to these activities because I can get a good cardio workout without aggravating my PTT. Admittedly, I can't go as long with this as I can walking or biking, but I can make it a lot more intense. Besides, this is still kind of new to me, and I'm confident that I can build my stamina over time. Judging from the feel of the materials, though, I'm not sure how durable this device will be.Prices here vary all the time, of course. I got this for about $35 altogether. Given the breakage, I'd say that was slightly overpriced; I certainly wouldn't advise anyone to pay more than that for this. It's a nice tool for your home gym, but I'd wait to buy it on sale or at least until February when most of us have left our new year's resolutions in the dust.

good product
My friend recommended this hula hoop, so I tried it on. This hula hoop was easy to install and adjust size, easy to disassemble. It turns smoothly and don't fall off. It relaxing and comfortable, also for lazy people it's much more convenient than going to the gym. The color of pink is also very nice.

Dangerous
It worked great for a while and a good workout. I use it almost daily for 10 minutes. Today I was on minute 7 and the weight went flying across the room. One of the plastic latches had broken off. I have only had it for 2 months.

Awesome !
At first I couldn’t get it to keep moving but realized I needed to bring the ring up higher and tighten it. After that I had no problems keeping the weight moving around. Super easy and fun !
