I have been using this exclusively for about a month and I LOVE it. The scent isn't exactly patchouli but nonetheless I really like the earthy zing of the scent (I just purchased the color safe shampoo/conditioner in the same scent - I haven't tried that yet but it smells amazing also). It is a little tricky/messy getting used to the paper tube but you can just tap the deo tube on a counter to get the stick to go back down if you push it up too far. The scent lasts all day, even with light exercise (I haven't done any intense exercise since I got this so I'm not sure how it'd hold up but I assume it'd do well), I used to use the Secret brand gel deo and had to reapply that in the afternoon often and im happy I don't have to do that with this. I feel like the brand is true to their statement of being good for sensitive skin as well, i tried another natural deo in the past and ended up with painful cysts from and was a bit worried about trying a different all natural deo but im SO happy I decided to try this one and i will be purchasing it again for sure. Honestly, my only con is the transfer onto clothes, I wear a lot of black/darker colors and have to be careful in how I get dressed after applying the deo but that's a small price to pay for longer lasting scent and less environmental impact - plus as far as I can tell the deo comes off completely in the wash!

This is the best deodorant I’ve found without aluminum or plastic packaging. I’ve tried a lot of natural deodorant brands and Ethique has been my favorite so far BUT at $17 a bar, it’s just wayyyy overpriced. This deodorant has a range of great scents, is softer and more moisturizing than Ethique, and has been the ONLY brand to not leave my underarm skin darker than it naturally is (an issue with most brands.) The wear is literally 24 hours of scent protection; seriously stink-proof. By only criticism is that it is pretty soft and so it gets crumbly towards the end of the package. Worth it for a great formula and plastic-free packaging. Highly recommend.

Worst deodorant I have ever used at it doesn’t work at all.

Although I liked this product and used three different blends, I will try something different as this product crumbles and leaves small globs of product in my armpit hair, causing some concern for my looks in the Summer. I did not have any body odor after some activities so it works good. Some of the different product odors are better than others, like the Sage & Rosemary was too mild for me. The Patchouli and Black Pepper and the Peppermint and Sweet Orange where more odiferous than the Sage & Rosemary. A single bar lasted me about 2 months with most days using a single application, but some days double applications due to showering to go out at night. The cardboard packaging works great and is much better than the usual plastic containers. This product labeling says it is plastic free, and Vegan, and 100% natural oils.

I have irritation with deodorant with aluminum so I needed to find an alternative. I also found I still smelled with a lot of natural deodorants. I don't have that with this brand. I really love how effective it is but the application is annoying. The product does not stay up in the tube. So you have to be -really- gentle when applying so the deodorant doesn't run away from you. It also makes it nearly impossible to use the last of the deodorant. Its the best natural deodorant I've found but its definitely not perfect.

I was skeptical. I only use natural deodorants and it has been a long journey. I have been interested in trying this brand for a long time. Other reviews mention crumbling and I have not found that with this. From opening it has a soft feel, I don't find that I need to hold and warm it before application. The deoderant is very easy to push up through the packaging, so application is easy. The scent is very light. If you wanted to be able to smell your deodorant, this isn't the one. That being said, I just realized after applying around 10 am this morning and doing a 16 mile bike ride, I do not stink. Not even a little. Normally I would have a little pit smell come through, but not with this. There is a very light scent of the sandalwood, but otherwise nothing. I am going to purchase again.

I used to have the Hey Humans deodorant before they dropped off the face of the internet. I loved that one, the right hardness, wonderful scents, no stains, etc. This deodorant does not duplicate that one. It is SO much softer and wetter. I have long armpit hair and this gets clumpy and I feel like I have to use my hands to distribute. Even then, still clumpy. I also feel like my pits are constantly wet. Even when they’re not. I will say, it does not stain my shirts. The smell I got is the sage rosemary. I love sage, but at the end of the day I smell like a roasting chicken, which is not my preference. If you have shaved pits you might like this better, but even then, not a dupe for hey humans, which is what I was looking for.

I found the packaging easy to use and push up with careful effort. The edges crumble a little onto my skin but it rubs in fine after a few swishes of my arms forward and backward. I got more crumbles when I over-applied with lots of swipes. I only make 2 careful swipes now and it’s just right. It just deposits more product than traditional deodorants so you have to use it differently. The deodorant was smooth on my skin and covered really well. I did not find the stick to be dry and chalky at all like other reviews. The texture is a little different but to me it’s just as smooth as traditional deodorants. The fragrance is very light and refreshing. It covered odors for me all day. It didn’t stop me from sweating but that’s to be expected as it’s not an antiperspirant.
