Pretty true to size, the only thing different about the sizing is the leg length is a bit short. So the only reason I'd suggest adjusting the size you order is if you're long legged. The body is meant to be a bit baggy, and they are men's sizing, so if you're a woman, order a size smaller unless you'll be wearing over clothing.
