I really love my Tteokbokki rice cakes. They always come out the right consistency and the flavor is amazing. I usually just add shallots and sometimes I add hot peppers. They really are not spicy at all, but that's fine because I can manage my own spice level if I feel like it. Last night I added fish sauce for fun. I'm subscribed so I have them twice a month.

Pretty good. No off flavor. A very light mild with a bit of sweet. Easy and quick to make. One packet (serving) is definitely not enough even as a side dish.

A few months ago I found this at a store and I really liked it. TOO BAD THEY NEVER HAD IT AGAIN EVEN THOUGH ONLINE SAYS THEY DO. I've been looking EVERYWHERE for it and could just never find it in stock, until I found it here. Let me start off with, I'm white (like super white. The white where my dad thinks salt is seasoning so spice wasn't really something I was use to.) and for someone who doesn't normally deal with spicy, I LOVE these so much. I grab some almond milk after making them and just munch on them.

I like Korean Tteokbokki, however this is way too sweet. I added kimchi to help the flavor some but I'm mostly eating the rice cakes with just a tiny bit of the soup because again,, it's way too sweet. The rice cakes are good, nice and chewy.

This was yummy for how convenient it was to make. The sauce was spicy and a bit sweet, and the rice noodles were a nice texture. If you’re looking for a convenient comfort meal, this is quite good, especially if you add some toppings!

I love these so much, and they're a great meal or snack when you crave something sweet and peppery. The rice cakes are a bouncy texture and nicely chewy. The price is reasonable for the convenience.

My 16 year old daughter and her gf tried this and said if they could, they rate it a 0. They said it had a really strong alcohol smell and taste, almost beer-like and could not eat it. I was not aware this contained alcohol in the ingredients.
