Q: If I use kettle daily, how often do I clean the kettle and what products are recommended to clean it?

I use it daily with tap water. It has very little in the way of deposit on the bottom. I have wiped it out with dish soap once. Great kettle.

Q: What is the minimum capacity? most days i want to boil 0.4l or 16 oz. will this harm the kettle?

The recommended minimum volume for boiling water is 0.5L.

Q: Doe sit only boil, or can I set it to other temperatures like 154 degrees, etc?

It only boils so you can’t set to a certain temperature. It boils really hot

Q: Can you fill this from refrigerator spout?

If the spout does not extend beyond the refrigerator door, then no. You have to hold the kettle under the spout. If you hold a funnel under the spout and angle it into the kettle ... you could, but I don't have that many hands. Need 2 or 3 people, one holds the kettle, one maneuvers the funnel and one pushes / holds the fridge button. There. That'll work.
