Message sent to seller as the 2nd bottle was faulty, the foil was pushed back and level of content lower and the 1 spray nozzle (i have been advised only 1 spray nozzle is sent with multiple bottles ordered) did not work. Exceptional seller resolved by the next day, a replacementbottle and spray nozzle sent - Exceptional service, thank you seller!I have used this sealant on my patio and wooden pergola very good coverage and when it rains the water beads on top of stones and wood. Very happy with product and I recommend.

Product was delivered ahead of time and safely packaged so thanks to the supplier👍As to the product it does exactly as stated. Following a single application using one of the 5 litre containers we had some rainfall during the night. The majority of the sandstone paving had standing water and has continued to do so.The sprayer supplied was duff, fortunately I had some one litre spray bottles around so just used one of those. Coverage was very easy.

Old patio has taken numerous cleans to bring it back to it's orginal surface, decorative concrete 450x450mm (18x18") Buff textured (a fairly standard modern UK slab). We have a coal fire so tar deposits build and take some cleaning. Relaid the patio and mortared the joints.Waited two days to cure then applied on one liberal coat of this J and S sealer. Discarded the hand pump it came with instead used the J and S pump sprayer (weed sprayer). The product was extremely easy to apply, wen on evenly and as it wetted the surface it darken making it easy to see where it had been applied. The old concrete sucked the sealer up like a sponge and it dried very quickly. Looked as though it had done nothing, hardly any colour change of slab or mortar. Rained the next day and the water just beads (sits) on the surface. An obvious barrier has been created.Certainly if appled correctly this product works, but the instructions state reapply every 1-2 months which seems too frequent (competitors are 1 - 2 years). I'll adjust my 5 stars down if this being the case!Coverage was only 2.5 sq m/l but the slabs were very porous. Hope this helps.

weeds came through within 1 week of using 3 coats. total waste of money. couldn't even tell it had been applied as drive looked just the same. very disappointed.

Excellent items cleans everything it touches.

The was as advertised. No attempt was made to deliver to our address. The neighbour's are fortunately honest.
