Easy to swallow
The coating and capsule shape makes these 400 mg magnesium glycinate capsules much easier to swallow than the uncoated 400 mg pills I've been taking.

Ingredients are different than former versions.
I gave you three stars because I really have not tried the new product. I just want buyers to know that this product has been changed. for a while. I happy with the product and re-ordered it several times. This last time that I ordered it, the pills looked different. They are no longer clear pills, but have a yellowish look that made me look closer at the label. There are significant changes other than the new lookand buyer should be aware. I have since purchased another brand.
