I bought this for my little dog who loves to go for car rides, but pants and shakes and can’t lay down and relax. I thought it would help. But it actually makes it worse for him. But that’s just my dog. I found the quality to be excellent with a very good design. perhaps your dog may love it. especially dogs who are kennel trained.

I got this pet carrier with expandable, soft side in the black and white color. The cushion pad that came with it was a strong yellow color, that I’m not real fond of. I feel this carrier is on the smaller side without the expandable sides. Works great for the tight/secure area when carrying and then the extra room when not moving around for the added comfort. I like that it has multiple entries. Good for my smaller cats (can’t really see this holding up in size and weight of a 20 pound cat).

I'm impressed by the transformation of a small cat carrier into a larger, stationary home. There are no instructions but it's self-explanatory, once the carrier is removed from the box. Having a metal frame for the front and back is excellent. Expanding the soft sides was easy and all the zippers work well. At least for the Prints & Green carrier, the flannelette liner is Not soft and comfortable, it's Just Flannelette on cardboard. The other 2 carriers have a fleece liner.When I'm allowed to gift the carrier, the carrier will go to a home that fosters feral cats and kittens. Right now it's kitten season and they often trap a pregnant momma that they will foster until the babies can be neutered and spayed and then taken to one of the large pet stores for adoption. Most momma cats are feral and they will be spayed and returned to the location they were trapped. This expanded carrier will be a great, indoor home for momma to raise her young. I suggest adding a moisture-proof lining to the home so cleanup is easier until they master the litter box.I

This is great quality and pretty well made. At the price point it’s the answer to our needs and works out very well for us. Trips to the vet for our kitty and trips when we’re traveling are so much nicer with this. It expands to a decent size leaving our girl with more room than she’s accustomed to in the car-and she loves it!!!

I love everything about this carrier. Not only does it expand but aesthetically it’s beautiful. I have a 6 pound Pomeranian and he fits in there comfortably. This is a very well-made product. There are no rips or tears and has reinforced stitching. I did remove one star because of the smell when coming out of packaging, I let it air out for a day and wiped everything down and washed the inside lining other than that great item

It seems like there is a connection with outdoor/stray kittens that are taken in and saved with behaviors that will remain with them. After studying biopsychology i know a cat is setup very similar to humans in relation to the neurological processing that happens. With my cat Moon Biscuit, i always find it funny that she kicks her litter all around the place because when i found her, although only a few weeks old, she was using the mud and grass as a litter box, hence the extra effort placed in the back kick motion. That is a funny albeit a bit annoying habit that is not big deal. Another one of her things is not liking to get into a carrier contraption when its time to see the vet. This usually involves using a treat and trickery, which will draw suspicion of your actions for weeks to come. The pet carrier issue has always seems to me to be the intimidating psychological factor of a hard plastic carrier and the boxed in space where there is no neaby material that is familiar.Thankfully i found this super nice pet carrier from the Prokei brand.This carrier is perfect for a cat like mine that has hang-ups about being in a claustrophobic area. This carrier design has multiple features that alleviate the whole negative aspects of a traditional carrier.Not only does this have an overall open and comfortable design, with the material all being polyester and oxford cloth based, it also has a mesh layer that can be opened up in a tent like fashion. This is important because if your animal is very sensitive to being boxed in even if your vet is 3 min away like mine, being able to use the carrier as a sort of play tent prior to the vet visit is a neat thing. Both side fold outwards in a fan fashion, which give you all kinds of flexibility with what you can do. For example, i unzipped one side while my cat was in the car next to me, so she was basically in a 50 percent open air kind of space. This was totally different from the dark confines of a hard plastic style old generation carrier.To conclude, i am very satisfied with this carrier and recommend it to all pet owners that have an animal that will fit into this.
