Are you ready to maximize your workout with a faja style waist cinching garment the workout band is an ann cherry waist cincher that you wear anytime you're going to be active. Take it to the gym or for a run outside and let it add impact to your healthy lifestyle routine. Here's how it works. You wrap the band around your midsection. This action creates compression in your core, stimulating thermal activity and ramping up perspiration. This process allows toxins and impurities to exit the skin, while mobilizing fat cells. Put simply, the band helps ensure that your workout is working for you. The band itself is constructed from a latex core with a soft cotton exterior and interior lining. It sits at your waist, extending to the upper abdominals. Two columns of hook-and-eye closures allow you to size the garment down with you. Felix boning anchors the cincher and prevents migration. If you've been thinking about adding a supplement to your active lifestyle, you'll love the power the workout band by ann cherry brings with it

I love it!
First off, I must say that I am 5'7 and 170lbs (I hold my weight very well). However, I have a really long torso and shorter legs so I wasn't sure which Ann Chery waist trainer to purchase. I ended up buying both the 2025 and the 2026. I measured 32" at my waist, the directions say to add 4 inches to that and then order that size, so 32 + 4 = 36, 36 is a Large. I ordered both the 2025 and the 2026 in a large. When they came I took them out and held it up and it did not look like it was going to work. However, I opened it an laid it down flat on my bed and then I laid down on my back with it underneath me. It did take some patience and effort but I was able to close it on my own within a few minutes and it looks awesome. The next time I put it on it was much easier and now I can put it on while standing up but I prefer to do it laying down. There are two things that would make this better for me personally. The length - I have a long torso and although the 2025 was longer than the 2026 I still wish they were longer. I ended up using the 2025 for daily use but the 2026 for just workouts so it doesn't bug me that much that its shorter. (Still wish it was longer but I'll manage). The hooks - The hooks that are there are great and hold really well. However, I wish the top and bottom hooks were closer to the edge of the fabric. They are currently about an inch from the top and bottom of the product so they tend to roll up/down. This causes a little bump that can be seen under my clothes. I wear 2025 (All black) during the regular day and so I use a safety pin to pin the top closed and it works perfect. However,I cant do that with the 2026 (workout waist trainer) because while working out Im moving a lot more and I don't want to get stabbed with the safety pin.The differences between the 2025 and 2026:2025 - All Black OnlyIt is 1 1/2 inches longer than the 2026The outside (color you can see in the photo) is actually a rubbery material.Due to the rubbery (latex) material it does smell more than the 2026.2026 - Comes in multiple colorsIt is 1 1/2 shorter than the 2025I have to clean more often because its more cloth material and I workout in it.Overall - I love the product. I tend to stand taller when they are on and it flattens out all my imperfections. I can tell I'm using my core muscle more when its on because when I take it off my abs feel amazing like I did a ton of ab exercises. My best advice would be to measure YOUR waist and then add the 4 inches. The use the chart to order that size. Also - expect it to hard to get on the first time. Its suppose to be hard because it cinching your waist but once you get it on it works great. I love it. The vest is on my list of future purchases.

BUY IT!
I ordered mine 3 days ago.I ordered the size based on the Ann Chery size chart. About me:waist: 34height: 5'6"weight: 170normal clothing size: mediumstomach: I have a gut.Everyone in the reviews seemed significantly smaller than me in weight, and they recommended sizing up (if you're just going by your waist size). So while I thought I should buy a M (34 waist) according to the size chart here on amazon, I went with the Large (36 waist) based on other customer reviews and my measurements on the ann chery size chart.Strangely enough, it was very easy to get in. I started at the bottom (on the first row of hooks). I sat around for an hour then redid the hooks to the tightest possible. I've been wearing it for 6 hours at this point and it's still comfortable. I feel like I could easily fit a Medium. With the waist cincher on, my waist is 31 inches. This has transformed my figure. I'm so "skinny" now. And I have the waist I literally never had.BUY THIS!!My responses to some of the complaints:- back fat. Yes there's back fat and hip fat at the tops and bottoms of the waist cincher. For me, the back fat coming out of the top is smoothed and evened out when I wear a bra. As for the fat coming out of my hips, it's not obvious in a dress nor in pants.- uncomfortable sitting. The cincher does bulge out a bit when I'm sitting, but only when I'm slouching. Otherwise it's no problem. I should mention that I do have a long torso.- smell. I didn't smell any latex on mine.- size. be real with yourself. First, the cincher is going to be tight... it's a cincher. Second, yes it's going to take effort to get into it. This cincher is way smaller than your waist and incredibly strong which is the point because for it to cinch you in so much it has to be able to make you smaller and hold everything in. It's not going to have the same elasticity as a tshirt.
