Lee Women's Plus Size Natural Fit Comfort Waist Pull on Barely Bootcut Pant

I was really pleased to see this pant design, with a wide waistband and no zipper. I was not sure if I would best fit the woman's sizing or regular sizing, so I ordered one each of the regular 16P (item number 495412F), and the plus size version 16WP (item number 4801748). I am 5'2", 170lb, and have a inseam leg length of 27".. Short and stocky.Short version: to my surprise the Regular was a much better fit, more comfortable, and a softer fabric. Waist 18 1/2", inseam 28.The Plus/Womens item was too long in the rise, too long in the inseam, and was made of a stiffer, less stretch fabric.Hope this helps someone!Of course, I was ably to order both and return the Plus version quickly and easily thanks to Amazon's customer service!

Also, if you have animals, these pants REALLY pick up pet fur/fuzzies. Have a roller handy. That being said, they are REALLY comfortable and perfect for work (a bit shiny). I'm very short (5'0") and it's tough to find "short" pants that fit well. These work great. Would re-order.

I measured my waist and bought the size based on the sizing chart even though it was a bigger size than I usually wear. But what I got was WAY too big. Lee needs to adjust its sizing chart so that shoppers get the right size the first time. I am frustrated that I will have to return it and guess at what size I am supposed to be. With online shopping becoming the new norm, clothing companies need to provide consumers with reliable measurements.

These pants are unbelievably comfortable, fit well, and come out of the wash ready to wear. I just wish that these came in a true dark blue and not just this denim. After awhile, they start to look more like jeans and I would prefer the look of navy pants. I have them in khaki and they fit slightly differently than these. In addition, each pair I have owned (I have three) have different sized pockets. You may think this is no big deal, but I carry the large iPhone, and it doesn't fit into the pocket of this particular pair. If they came out with more colors, I would buy all of them.

I've worn three different sizes of these pants, and love them because they fit well and provide a smooth tummy-area.However, I'm in the process of losing weight, so I've been buying the next size down as I've gradually shrunk. Something odd happens when you get down to the size 14. The waist is dramatically smaller compared to the next size up. The waist fits more like a 12 than a 14. The legs fit perfectly (as usual), but the mid-section is a good 3 inches tighter than expected. I'm disappointed because the size 16 of this pant is so huge now, I can't even wear them. They fall off of me. But the next size down is a dramatic change in size, and doesn't scale down proportionally as the rest of the plus sizes have.

These are my favorite black work pants. I am 5'1" and 190 lbs, and the size 18 petite fits perfectly. They are pull-on, which makes them super-comfortable, but the waist is very structured so they don't LOOK like pull-on pants at all. My experience is that if you wear these a couple times a week, you can expect them to last for a good year. I always air dry them after washing, for 2 reasons: 1.) they will start to fade really fast if you dry them in the clothes dryer, and 2.) they will absolutely shrink if you dry them in the clothes dryer.

These are shaped more like a normal pair of dress slacks when compared to most pants with elastic waists. They don't have that high-waisted, gathered look.They look like they'll fade and show wear around the pockets, seams, etc. The pair I receive had tags, but looked almost like they may have been worn or washed once already. But it wasn't worth the price of shipping to try a different pair.

The material is a nice quality cotton and they seem to be made well but the color faded after the first wash and made them look old and faded. They are also incredibly wrinkle-prone. I tried air drying them and also taking them out of the dryer immediately after the cycle ended and I am always left with deep creases that don't seem to iron out with an iron no matter how hard I try! It's a shame because they are very comfortable and appropriate for casual work attire.
