It fit really well considering i chose a smaller size. The strap didn't snap or break on me, yet maybe, but it has begun to wear down a little bit. Some of the strings to the strap were sticking out after a few days, so i just cut them off with scissors. You should never pull a piece of string from clothing or else it will fall apart, and these straps are no exception. If you properly take care of anything it will last you a long time. Last thing, if you don't want it to break or snap, make sure you buy the right size! I'm glad i did.

It is a "motivizer" or an "optimizer." So I ordered the medium size, which is elastic and you can really stretch it, but may squeeze you and leave you with red creases. So now I am looking for a diet aid, and Sid looks like he has a little gang green, or that's what he calls it except I think it's dirt because he didn't take it off for a while. The supporter.

When I'm done working out, I take a shower andbring the jockstrap into the shower with me. I rinse it out there. You need to get thesalt out of them from your perspiration every day, you don't have to soap them up. ThenI wrap it in my towel to help pull the water out of it, and when I get home,I hang it up to dry.
