Good for Medium Impact Workouts
I do high impact workouts and although this does not give the ultimate support, I'm happy with the sports bra. Does not cut into my sides which I find a lot of bras doing and does not have adjustable straps so it fits close to the back. Like it and will order more for my medium impact workouts.
