While this crate is a bit bulky to transport and quite expensive, it met the IATA requirements to fly our dog in comfort and safety, which is why we purchased it. Down side: the handle comes off easily and is really insufficient to carry it. Upside: everything else is great. It’s easy to put together, meets the requirements to travel, and is comfortable for the dog (as much as flying can be). She likes using it in our house as her “den,” which is an added bonus.While I wish it came in another color, it was easy to spot from afar when we were looking for our dog in cargo. If you need a crate to get from point A to point B without any trouble, this is a solid bet.

It was expensive, but completely worth it. I wanted to make sure I was in compliance when moving to Denmark with my Spaniel. Other crate companies only have a few sizes to choose from, and most of them won't fit per the international travel guidelines. Pet Express offers a ton of choices and take into account that all breeds come in different shapes and sizes. Their customer service is great. They answer emails quickly and even offered good tips for acclimating my dog to his kennel and reassured me he would be safe on the trip. The kennel held up really well during the long flight. The water dish it comes with is nice. I even had room for a small food dish and another water bottle.

Love the size and I’m sure it’s going to be great for flying. Harder than it should have been to put together though. Had to fight some of the bolts to go in. Comes with no instructions as well. Definitely feel like it could have been better made for being almost $1k.

The media could not be loaded. We bought this so our german shepherd has enough room when he’s sleeping inside the crate. He even still use it now, once in a while he will take a nap in there. He can stand in there comfortably and even do a nice sitz inside with the added height extensions.

Ordered the PP-90 for my malamute. He's a big boy and the 500 size kennels seem tight for him. The PP-90 was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. Our dog is tall and long, but he looks so comfortable in the PP-90. We have not tried to use the kennel for airline flight yet, but I believe it will be accepted for the pet cargo option at alaska airlines since the kennel is under 34" fully assembled. The metal door comes with two additional metal bars that offer horizontal reinforcement. The shell of the kennel is thick, sturdy plastic and each half is a solid piece. The ventilation holes are drilled out of the plastic and this makes it stronger than other kennels we've had. It was expensive, but it is high quality and you get what you pay for when it comes to kennels. Knowing our dog is secure and safe while traveling is worth every penny. The customer service was top-notch - they arranged shipping directly to my rural town. The kennel arrived very quickly. I'll try to update this review after we try to fly on a 737 with it.

Bought one to be sure it is as sturdy as described. No kidding! I have had two different brand kennels, and this is by far the strongest and best made of them. There are more bolts to hold the shells together, and the rack under the provided piece of fluffy carpet is very strong. I bought a second crate so that each of my dogs has its own. I have every confidence that my dogs will be safe in the aircraft cargo on their way to our new home.

I got this kennel for our move to Brazil in October. It's exactly the size I needed, and my dog loves it. I can tell that she feels less anxious in this kennel than in her wire kennel. My guess is that this kennel gives more of a "den" feel, which helps her to relax. The only thing reason I'm giving this a four is because it came with zero instructions on how to put it together. I would've liked a little help in that area.

I’d like to thank Chloe for her amazing customer service! I ordered the biggest crate they had (PP100), due to my dog being too big for any other crate available. Without this crate I would’ve had to order a custom made wooden crate to ship him internationally which gets very pricey. For the weight and price, this crate is worth it. The risers are very helpful, as without them, my dog would’ve been ducking the whole time which isn’t allowed. Now he has 3 extra inches of clearance from the top of his ears. Very easy to assemble, just big so it’s easier with 2 people. I did have shipping issues where the risers and accessories weren’t provided in the box, but a quick message to Chloe and she was able to help me immediately. Would recommend this company to anyone needing to ship their dog internationally and need a lightweight crate! Thanks again Chloe!!
