Very good as always
Great. I've used this before and always good. Sprayed my headboard with it to match my room, as I moved house.

Great finish
Great finish, this colour is really good for steel wheels, not too silvery if you know what I mean. More of a bright silver/grey. Easy to apply, aerosol works well, didn't block even after leaving it for a couple of weeks. It has a light hammered effect which is great for "disguising" small blemishes. Only word of caution/disadvantage...it takes ages to harden, yes it is touch dry in a few hours but if you apply a couple of decent coats on the same day it can take over a week or more to fully harden. So if you need to use the item same day or next forget any rough handling etc. I can forgive it for this as the finish is great. Also to note overspray is "heavy" best shoes are now speckled with silver!

Easy to use
Bought this to spray the frames of a couple of bar stools that were black. Needed more than 1 can per stool but they look nice. Easy to use, gives good coverage. I put them outside in the garden on pieces of cardboard to spray. Happy with the result. I'd advise to leave 24 hours to fully dry

Hammerite - Simply the best..
I have tried other top-rated, affordable spray-paints, and nothing comes close to the function & quality of Hammerite. - Excellent coverage. - Tough, 'hammered' finish. Top Tips: - Fully follow the instructions on the can. - This paint dries to the touch quickly, but will continue to harden for several days. For maximum toughness, wait with using it for at least a week. - - - Bought at £12.49, with free Prime delivery. Item was delivered on-time, as-described, and suitably packaged.

Surprisingly Good and Easy To Use
Bought a 400ml hammerite aerosol hammered finish to refurbish a set of corroded tired steel wheels on my van. Spend a couple of hours preparing them with a drill wire wheel, DA sander and 800 wet n dry. Applied 2 coats of 1k aerosol primer, left for 30 minutes and then applied a 3/4 first coat of the Hammerite followed by 2 full coats.l, 400ml was just enough. Have to say they came out really well even my wife commented and she wouldn’t really notice things like that. Easy to use but allow 15 mins between coats and really the temperature should 15c or above. I do have a car body repair background from many many years ago, so do know what I’m doing, but the key is preparation and allowing time between coats. Generally it would coat around £90-£100 per wheel to have them professional refurbed. I spend about £20 on paint and materials and half a day of my time. Bargain!

Brilliant Stuff!
If you have problems with this product you probably didn’t follow the instructions: 1. If it doesn’t cover properly, the surface probably wasn’t properly prepped and degreased 2. If it runs out of gas before the spray is empty, you’ve probably been holding the can upside down while spraying 3. If the nozzle blocks, you either didn’t shake it for 3 mins, or you didn’t hold upside down and spray for 2 seconds when you stopped spraying The instructions said it takes 3 or 4 coats but I sprayed silver on deep red and it covered in 2 coats. Maybe I sprayed too thick, or maybe the additional 2 coats adds strength. The finish is really nice and I know (from past use) that it’s robust and long lasting, even when exposed to winter weather. Very pleased!

Does what it says and super easy to use
Excellent product. Does what it says. I treated rust with kurust first. And then sprayed with this. Great finish and super easy. And you get a good bit of paint from one can (difficult to say how much as depends on number of coats and surface etc.) Value for money.... well a tin of proper paint to use with a brush is a lot cheaper and what I’d go for if you want to paint larger surfaces. Sadly the seller sent the first batch through real quick, and I’m still waiting on the rest for a while now. Not impressed with the speed of delivery at all.
