Great Product for Price
It is exactly what I was looking for an light weight and durable light/laser. The housing seems to be made from aluminum well built. The buttons seem firm and not likely to wear down over time. The laser was a better quality laser than what I was expecting from a 40.00 light/laser. I am happy with the performance of this unit even when at low battery. The flash light was also a great feature for this unit. The flash light beam is wide and is of high quality. Most laser/lights I see especially when the laser and light comes from the same bezel, one either the flash light or the laser is effected and made weaker because of this design. However this unit seems to be the expectation, the flash light nor the laser fall short of expectation.

Works as described and desired
Easy to install, quick charge time, bright as heck, and very low profile with all the buttons placed very intuitively. You're gonna have a shadow from the barrel, but that's a trade off for the low profile mount, it still illuminates with no blind spots.

Powerful for its size and price.
This is a very powerful and versatile light with two functions, strobe and beam. I’ve had it for a couple years now and have never had issues, haven’t even had to charge it yet. Strong battery, easy installation, slim design, and overall great price.Learn the buttons, because it’s really easy to press the wrong one. Also, the beam is fixed so no way to focus, but in my opinion there’s not much need to in a high pressure defense situation.

Lite, compact, easy to use.
Good lighting, not excellent but good, good construction, compact, multiple ways to mount, easy to use switches and light beam adjustment. You can easily recognize friend or foe well out to 50+ yards. An off switch would be desired as it is easy to accidentally engage.

Good product
Good item. I have this mounted via M-loc on my carbine and it's very secure. I like that the bright light and laser have distinctive buttons. Fits well.

Great design and functionality
It’s small, it’s light, it’s bright, it mounts easily, no corded pressure pad and the one I purchased is aluminum not polymer. They're not kidding when they say the beam has a 240 meter distance. My SUB2K has an AFG. I mounted the light on the left side of the little PCC so when gripping the AFG the lights activation pads are very convenient to my left thumb. As you are surely aware, tapping the square pad turns the light on and holding it down turns it on momentarily and it shuts off when you release. The function of the round strobe pad works similarly. Tap for continuous on, hold for momentary on and it shuts off when released. I'm on the fence on the charging cable/method. I understand the benefit of the magnetic cable, but I dislike that it is proprietary. What if it's damaged or lost? I guess be sure to treat that cable well. I just got this thing so only the future can truly tell, but with the features this thing has I can’t imagine why someone would spend $200-$400 for their light. I’ll take it to the range this weekend. If it survives then all is well. If it doesn’t survive then I’ll be back to update my review.

Very Good Light For The Price
I don't make it a practice to cheap out on weapon lights, but the lopro design of this Defentac intrigued me since I was going to put a light on my Remington 870. The M-Lok system works perfectly on the FAB Defense Forend. The light itself seems to be well constructed with it's all aluminum body. The activation buttons are perfectly located for easy access (On/Off -Momentary/Sustained - Separate Strobe Button). I don't know if the light is actually1600 lumens or not, but it is plenty bright for any HD/SD application. The pine trees in the pic are 130 yds. away. I'll just have to wait and see how well it holds up to 12 ga. 00 Buckshot & Slugs.

Laser adjustment drift.
The laser looses zero after a few rounds. The light seem to have survived. About what I expected at this price point. I'll either remove for the range and reinstall for emergency. Or permanently lock the adjustments.
