These electrolytes have the highest concentration of several competitors. I checked the nutrition labels. It is a bit salty, but still very tasty even with the stevia. It has stopped my leg cramps and allowed me to do intense workouts. You do have to start mixing with warm water to dissolve faster, but just add cool water as you fill your cup. I do triathlons and can attest to their effectiveness during high intensity activities.. These electrolytes are superior to anything else I've used. See image above for comparison.

Dr. Berg has high quality products and great informational videos on You Tube too. I love this electrolyte drink which contains no sugar and has vitamins and minerals. I think it is a bit sweet so I use half a stick for each 24 ounce cup. Love it!

I purchased these mainly because they were made with sea salt, high quality ingredients & seemed like a fair price. Sadly, after trying just one of the packets, I can't imagine having anymore. It was pretty gross. I even had a few friends try it to make sure I wasn't crazy, they all said it was disgusting. Onto the next...

Wanted to try something for dehydration and fatigue. This really worked and also no more leg cramps/spasms while sleeping. I do heavy cardio at the gym so this was something I felt I needed versus a standard electrolyte mix. It is salty and bitter. I found that if I add it to my protein powder (Non sweetened) and use kefir for the base along with half a teaspoon of a quality honey then it's not bitter. There's no way I can drink this straight up but I am willing to use my workaround as this product is definitely worth the money feeling the results firsthand.

I like that this product is truly zero sugar and has a much higher potassium content than most electrolyte products, but the flavor is really lacking as it just tastes like salty water , BodyArmour makes a similar product zero sugar with 700mg Potassium per serving but tastes way better than this...if you are a keto purist than you probably wont mind but if you want something that tastes good look elsewhere

I've been making some adjustments to my eating habits lately, and one thing that's been recommended to me is making sure I get enough electrolytes. I have to balance this against making sure I don't overdo it on sodium, so it's been tough finding an electrolyte supplement that's a good fit.These electrolyte powder sticks are exactly what I was looking for; depending on how much I need in a given day, I can get to where I need to be with potassium and magnesium without blowing past my target for sodium. Value is solid at about $1 per stick and the taste is perfectly fine; if you've had LMNT and tolerated that, you'll be right at home here. It's not gonna taste like kool-aid, but you're also not going to feel like you're chugging saltwater straight from the ocean either, so it's not bad overall.

I proudly stand behind most of Dr Berg products and even recommended his electrolyte powder to others. However, this is one of with the exceptions and it it certainly not the best. On several occasions, I have purchased the regular raspberry lemon powder, and a one time purchase of the variety pack not long ago. I enjoyed the variety pack and I'd thought I would give this sports hydration try since I am quite active.There is a serious problem with the taste and flavoring. I am not sure if it was packaging or the manufacturing process, but it is a little too salty, if you ask me. So much so where it is a bit disgusting, and you can hardly taste the raspberry lemon flavor. I will purchase the variety pack. Hopefully I can get it soon since I religiously consume these electrolytes.
