Clarisonic Alpha FIT Men's Face Brush Sonic Facial Cleansing Device

I bought two of these. The first one quit working. I thought I had dropped it or something. The second one quit also. I figured out you can’t get it wet — mind you it’s designed to scrub your face with soap and water — or it apparently, eventually seeps inside the casing and shorts out. I like the scrubbing effect, it just quits working. A 100 product should not quit working shortly after the return period expires. Don’t buy this!!!!

I liked the one I was given as a gift many years ago. Alas! It wore out so I replaced it with a new one.

My wife and I both had the original clarsonics for years. We switched to these. I had to return mine, while hers works great (pink womens one). The replacement one I received had the same issue -- once the battery needed to be charged, it would seem like it was charging but never charge. Also, I believe it would make a buzzing noise occasionally (which should only happen once when you put it on the charger). This product's battery is definitely defective, I'm not sure how it had a charge when I received them.

Bought this for my son back in November for a Christmas present, and it broke within a month or so. The on/off button does not work. I don't have the packaging anymore, and the window to return this product is already closed. For the money I spent, I would not recommend this product.*The product stopped working within a few weeks. I have been trying to get ahold of the company and get the warranty, but to my surprised, Clarisonic apparently closed back in 2020, and the warranty is no longer available!!

I’m a second time buyer of this product because I lose my first one in a move years ago. I absolutely loved the product then, but I’m not sure if this new one is refurbished or what. I haven’t used it yet, but the charging block that came with it is clearly used and has grime and gunk in all of the corners.

Ordered one of these for my husband for Christmas. The first one we got, would make a weird buzzing sound when sitting on charger and it wouldn't charge. Thinking I got a lemon, I ordered a replacement. Now, only a month later, the replacement won't charge. I don't know if these are made any differently than the originals - but these are GARBAGE!!! I've had my original one for years and never had a problem, not too sure why 2 of these in a row have not worked.

Bought the Clarisonic Alpha because I had a great previous experience with this brand, unfortunately the alpha fit worked for one time only & then stopped turning on although it was fully charged! After doing a little research I found that I was not the only one having this problem! At this price point we shouldn’t be having such issues after that short time!! I’m REALLY disappointed & furious about this! Shame on you
