My parrot was afraid of it. Here is the scoop: The opening is NOT on the top, which is a good feature. This type is better than clam-shell-types of bard or cat carriers; (the reason is overheating & poor air flow). This product is well made because of the combination of plastic to “catch” wet debris but mesh to breathe. It has two levels of perch placement for various-size avians from a parakeet to a blue crown conure. A larger bird like an Amazon, cockatoo would benefit from the larger sized carrier. This item has a handle for carrying by hand. The backpack design is slightly cumbersome for me but I am petite & have back & neck issues. Ok, another great feature is the side flaps. They may be raised or lowered. They do have a snap but we usually use a small chip clip, or two, to hold them open in the car. This is a GREAT product, with amazing features. I just wish my conure was not neo-phobic (afraid of new things). He tends to like an old travel cage for transport to the vet. This is his everyday cage since he is disabled. I have included some recommendations in my video that are modifiable options for this parrot carrier. Looking at it, the perch is probably too big for a finch/parakeet since it is 2/3 to 3/4 inch. Please forgive. This is my first attempt at reviewing. Highly recommended for Conures, mini macaw or similar. Buy larger version for cockatoo & will NOT work for standard macaw, due to the room needed for that ginormous tail. Enjoy for your feather birdies

Amazing Travel Bag for My Bird! I was honestly surprised by how great this bird carrier is. It’s super sturdy but still lightweight, and my bird actually feels comfortable inside. There’s plenty of airflow with the mesh sides, and it gives my bird a clear view which helps keep him calm. I love how easy it is to carry, and the design makes it really convenient for vet visits or short trips. Definitely recommend this if you want something safe and cozy for your bird on the go!

Awesome carrier. We use it for budgies to isolate from other birds or to take to the vet. Love that it has a water dispenser and food bowls. The dowels are sturdy and our birds feel safe. The tray is easy to clean. Super happy with this carrier.

Nice, simple and cheap. It's not super high end, but would still recommend. I take my red crowned amazon through many airports with this and he does just fine. Couple things I don't care for much, the tray has a much smaller footprint than the base of the carrier which isnt a dealbreaker, just weird. I bought this size for use underneath the seats of Delta jets and it fits most of the time. But it depends on the type of plane. Sometimes it won't fit under some of the seats and juts out a little, but its not the carriers problem, that's a discrepancy with the size requirements listed on the website of the airline. This units measurements adhere to those listed. The hard plastic sides could make it a solar oven even with the ventilation so be cautious if in long exposure to heat and sunlight. It could be better if replaced with nylon mesh like the front and rear doors of this carrier have. Since I've been in climate controlled areas mostly, it's not an issue. When not in use, it can collapse completely flat for storage.

Perfect for carrying my Cockatiel to the Vet's, or a trip. The Bird Carrier has a handle and a shoulder strep for easy carrying. The carrier is made from strong cloth, has zip up screens at both ends, and clear plastic sides. Plenty of vents for good air circulation, and both the screens, and side windows have roll down curtains for privacy, and help with possible stressful situations. Inside, a stainless steel grill, and tray allow for paper covering to keep the tray clean. A wooden perch is provided, along with a clip on food and water cup combo. The Suertree Bird Carrier Bag, is perfect for my needs, and I know thst my Cockatiel is safe for trips to the Vet's.

Our bird loved this bag! She lived in it for a week on vacation and seemed to enjoy it very much. It comes with all sorts of goodies, such as snack bag, water bottle, sturdy tray and perch. It is well ventilated and the sides roll up and down easily. Very cozy and this was our first trip with our bird in a carrier and it was a great success. Now we feel we can travel with our bird with ease. Easy to assemble, well made, light but durable. Love it! Folds up nicely for storage.

First of all, the clear portions of the carrier are NOT acrylic. I don't know if it said it was in the description, but the photos led me to think it was. So that was disappointing. A big issue is the clear plastic wrap over both sides of the tray and the clear windows. This is six pieces of plastic to remove, and each one is very difficult, especially on the carrier sides since it was put on before the grommets. So basically it takes a long time to peel each piece off and then you need to get out some tweezers to try to get the extra bits out from around the grommets, especially on the inside of the carrier so that your parent does not ingest the plastic. Allocate a good half hour to set up this carrier, something that should take about 5 minutes. The carrier itself is nice enough, but if my intention was to keep a bird in it long term, I would have returned it. Since it is only to carry in between cages in a safe fashion, it will do the trick. On the plus side, I did appreciate that there were two different sizes of perches to choose from, so I could pick the size that would best fit my parrot's feet.

Für mich war es Wichtig das bei einer Transport Box(Tasche) eine Wassertränke dabei ist und bei diesem einzigem Exemplar das ich bei Amazon gefunden habe war das der fall. Und ich bin wirklich zufrieden. Auch hat diese Transport Tasche an jeder seite Öffnungen auch zum abdunkeln damit die Vögel ruhe haben. Für mein Reisfinken Paar passt die Höhe der Sitzstange gut es gibt 2 verschiedene dicke für kleinere und größere Exemplare. Was das ganze noch toppen würde währe eine Befestigung für ein Nest. Weil mein Pärchen zum Schlafen ein Nest haben ansonsten finde ich dies Tasche optimal und würde sie sofort wieder kaufen, die Wassertränke hält das Wasser auch bei Bewegung gut. Wie bei den Bildern ersichtlich. Eine Halterung für Kolbenhirse währe noch eine Top ergänzung dann währe dieses Produkt für mich wie ein Zimmer im Hotel Hilton. Das war ein Top Kauf.

Nice bag really a great one to carry birds. I have 2 cockatiel birds and both fit perfectly. I feel its a bit expensive 😕 but other than that its design, quality and accessories are really good.

ordered from Belgium and it arrived the next day. my first impression was that the bag looked small, but once i assembled it and placed one of my birds inside, i realized it's very cockatiel-friendly. i actually wish i had bought it sooner! make sure to air the bag out for a while before using it. not necessarily because it smells (it just has a plastic scent), but because it might not be ideal for the bird to breathe in right away. i probably won't use the included accessories, but they match what’s shown in the product listing.
