BiotenProved Effectiveness Anti-Cellulite Cream with LIPOFIRM & Green Coffee

Very good product. I use it on all my cellulite -prone areas ie thighs, buttocks, upper arms & stomach . It smells nice, spreads easily and what's most important, it actually works !You have 2 options with this cream:1/ Make your skin look smother, more taught, reduce appearance of cellulite and even use some inches.In this case use it daily ( I use in once a day, but I can only assume that twice a day speeds up the process) massaging in vigorously. You'll feel the smoothness after a couple of days, you will see the difference after about 2 weeks.2/ Option 1 + actually get rid of the celluliteIn this case I recommend the following:1/ start exercising - not necessarily excessively ( 2-3 times a week), just to get circulation going, lose some weight and 'general flabbiness '2/ use Bioten daily as per option 13/ invest in a series of focused massages, most of beauty places offer cellulite / drainage massage and it's not that expensive. In my case I 'blasted' my thighs with rather unpleasant, hard massage every other day about 6 times in the row, to get the fat deposits 'dislodged', improve the circulation etc. allow the cream to penetrate better.I was shocked, with the results, my legs looked like in my teens ( I'm in my 40s by the way). It does take effort, but it works!I absolutely credit Bioten with the final result, as I had exercised before and never could get rid of the 'dimples and bumps' , until now!Whichever option suits you better, it's a fantastic product either way and I thoroughly recommend.

Since I have been using this cream I noticed I slight change in the appearance of the skin, I hope the results will improve as I continue to apply it.

It's a nice cream, made zero impact on the orange peel but my skin was soft

First tried this in Cyprus on holiday and was desperate to find a supplier in the UK. After a month of using this cream the results were amazing, it certainly worked on smoothing my cellulite and would highly recommend it, but it only works if you are committed to using it regularly for the first month.
