Best Dittmann competitor

I am very much a fan of Dittmann’s Truffle Caproaccio. However, this carpaccio really does compare well to Dittmann’s. It has the earthy flavors that I’m looking for with the slight crunch around the edges. Absolutely fantastic. It’s so hard to find Dittmann’s now, that I’ve been trying out others and this is certainly the best comparison so far!

THEY NEED TO TIGHTEN THE LIDS ON THE JARS. MY PACKAGE CAME COVERED IN OIL.

THE LID CAME LOOSE AND RAN ALL OVER THE PACKAGE. I AM SURE THAT HAD THAT NOT HAPPENED THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE
