It works. Cools the neck more than the face. Cooling the neck area seems to cool the body more than air directly aimed at ones face. There is a feature to direct where the air is pointed and it works well. i still found directing more to neck area had best effect. I also used with a brim hat and directing air up bounced off the hat brim for a good cooling effect. I tried this in around 90+ degree temp too - understandably the fan blew warm air but seemed cooler. This takes getting used to using (at least for me) because of the vibration and direct force of air so close to neck and face. Until I get more accustomed to using this fan, I can only used a few minutes at a time. But then sometimes that is all you need to feel better. And the recharging with usb-c is very convenient.

The media could not be loaded. I used this when volunteering outside and was able to bend & move without it falling off. It helped I was wearing my visor because the breeze would bounce off the bill of the hat. Charge lasted & I wore it off and on. Would love if it had vents in the back too, then I’d rank it 5 stars. Super affordable.

The finish quality is good. But because of the vent size and webs, it is noisy when on higher speeds. Even on the lowest, it is loud enough to interfere with normal conversation. Very simple to use. One button for on/off and another for speed Connell. The metal plate in the back doesn't do anything. I find it bothering if you are sweating. It is tight around the neck so you can only place it by sliding it from the back. The fans can be tilted to adjust about 30 to 40 degrees. They can also be brought in, but cannot be extended outwards.

We run a robust food pantry, and the people who deliver the food to the cars use these fans during the hot summer Texas heat. They really like using them to keep cool, and recharging is easy and fast.

The media could not be loaded. It is exactly as described. On a hot day it is going to keep a little breeze on you, but it’s not like you’ll need a scarf or ear muffs. But for what it is it is nice. Put it on my Granddaughter… you can see the video. LOL.

Saw this on project farm and decided to give it a shot. It's reasonably quiet, lasts awhile on a charge (and charges via USB so you can charge it anywhere) and is both adjustable and foldable (which is usually not found on cheaper neck fans). It even comes in a nice bag.Only flaw I could see is if you have a thick neck, it might be a tight fit

Bought this after watching Project Farm and having borrowed similar units from others. It's super quiet, powerful and lasts for a long time. Wore mine for 6hrs last night.

It looks similar to the model of Chillgo neck cooler featured by Project Farm on YouTube but it's not actually the same. This one doesn't effectively cool down your neck at all as there's no air movement at the back of it (it only bows air to the sides of your face around your ears). Even while using it on its max speed setting I felt warmer than if I wasn't wearing it at all.It does however have pretty neat of a build as it can fold and pivot its arms, so if somehow you're fine with the very specific/limited kind of cooling this provides than it could be worth something. Can't personally recommend.
