Great mushrooms
Great umami flavour for any dish. Wery clean porchini with almost no grit in the soaking water.Will definately get again when I run out soon.

Delicious
Having bought these on holiday in France, where they are called cêpes, I was delighted to be able to get these. Added to meat dishes, omelettes and sauté potatoes, they give a wonderful smoky unami flavour. A must in my kitchen.I keep them in the fridge, a tip from France, which helps keep them fresher longer. Reconstituted with a little water before adding to food, and I use the water for extra taste in my cooking.These are good quality and nice big pieces, unlike the tiny fragments sold in supermarkets.
