I take this supplement most days. I would say it averages 4 days a week, give or take. Like most omegas, continued use and considerable patience is required for a reasonable judgement. Check up in a month, will get back to you. I do think it helps the skin maintain better health. I tend toward drier skin with patches of oily in the usual t-zone on my face. Helps balance each with help from pomegranate seed oil. Be frugal with the pomegranate seed oil cuz it is a bit expensive and works really, really well with smaller amounts. I think it is better when used more as an essential oil as far as quantities but is completely safe larger amounts. This product pairs up well.

The Omega 7 Sea Buckthorn Oil is a nice organic product as advertised at a great price. No issues whatsoever with the product.

There was a major glitch in the auto ship. I requested every four months, and it came after two months. I have now updated it to come every six months. Other than that, there’s no problem with the product, just not sure if it’s helping my hair or not. I’m not giving up yet.

Pure omega seven from Seabrook the one supposedly is emulsified wait what in the world are they putting in the capsules is unknown not only date does it taste horrible but it is not see buckthorn berries Emulsified as stipulated concern on anything that they put in capsules now ! Horrified by the fact I guess they don’t expect people to open capsules however I do not take all my supplements with in capsule one which I do not and surprise you find out that they’ve been doing with this supposed to be doing questions all supplements and manufacturers found this with other supplements also No longer have faith in what is being supplied

I've added omega 7 to the other Omega oils I take. Research indicates it results in a very positive affect on weight control/loss. I haven't taken it that long but, to date, , it appears to have that result. It's a delight to have a natural and safe way to lose those unwanted pounds.
