Inexpensive feeling plastic holder.
Usually Hansgrohe products are well made and solid. This plastic shelf and roll holder was a bit dissappointing in that it felt cheap and lightweight. It's a great idea for a bathroom accessory though.

Cheap plastic Shocked as this is by Hansgrohe
I was in disbelief when I removed this from the box. I have Hansgrohe in my bathrooms because of their well known, high quality products. But this toilet paper holder was all plastic! Seriously what the heck! Why would you even put this cheap crap on the market? I immediate returned this item! Had to order another this time from Moen a well known, high quality bathroom supply company. And their shelf toilet paper holder was not plastic!! Do Not Order this Cheap plastic Hansgrohe Toiet paper holder! My tile guy had to come back to put the new metal toilet paper holder up!!

Sturdier than expected!
The product itself is good, I simply mistook it for a paper towel holder when I ordered it... My mistake aside, it is well made and looks good in the bathroom. My cat seems to think it is his own perch from which to attack a the TP.
