The first product we received, we struggled to install it and it leaked from the top. After a very quick replacement from Amazon/ the seller, our new bidet works great. The water pressure is pretty strong and I like that you can turn the water off at the inlet to keep kids from playing with it.

Please don't let everyone else bamboozle you into thinking those seat bidets actually stay clean. No they don't! The underside of the seat bidet, which is bolted to the toilet, does not get cleaned and they get really gross.This hose is amazing. Better than a seat bidet, you get a full luxurious spray and full control over where to aim it. Its so strong that I actually have the water setting at medium and not at 100%. I recommend this bidet over every other because it is a good price and it actually stays clean.

Don't make the same mistake I did! Read the instructions before trying to put everything together. I installed the hose backwards and was wondering why the bidet wouldn't fit in the holder correctly, ready to even write a bad review ... Until it came to me in a dream that I was dumb. Works great! No leaks yet! Will definitely update if it starts to fail.

Great instructions that are easy to read. Quality seems very good. The length of the hose is perfect for its use. The stainless steel color matches well. The water flow was very quiet.

This appears to be a quality, well made piece. All the actual plumbing parts are stainless steel, as advertised. Installation was a breeze, with no teflon tape required. I needed a big pair of channel locks (pliers) because there wasn’t room to get a good grip on the various parts they said to hand tighten under the toilet tank. DO NOT overtighten! Just tighten enough to compress the rubber washers and make the drips stop. Finished!
