Dangerous product
I bought in October 2024. Didn't start using it until March,2025. Today, May 9th 2025 I was walking in a parking lot and it fell apart. Literally, A number of bolts fell out and the top caved in, the wheel came off and I would have fallen if a nice gentleman hadn't been there. I know its been awhile, but its only been used a few times. Please reply.

Four Big Wheels and Adjustable Height Grips Make All the Difference!
Far superior to rollator walker it replaced with tiny wheels and conventional design that resembles old fashioned two wheeled walkers. Four big wheels glide smoothly over carpet to hardwood transitions, thresholds, lawn turf and bumpy streets. New sense of freedom of movement. Large, comfortable seat for resting. Must admit my daughter helped with assembly. But she said it was easy-peasy with no tools required. Can't say a bad word about this Winlove product.

Mostly very good, directions us less , writing and diagrams too small.

You'll need a magnifying glass for the instructions
My 95-year-old mother says it, "...goes like the wind...". The walker itself is solid and the wheels are lovely. My mother can go on the asphalt and she couldn't with her other one.

Better for a tall man than an average height woman
It is difficult to assemble without help because it’s so heavy but I finally got it together. It’s very heavy and bulky for me to load and unload from a vehicle. I do like the bigger wheels and they do go better on bumpy terrain/grass than most walkers. The little storage pouch falls off with normal use. I wish there was a better way to secure it than just slipping it on short front posts. The cane holder is handy and it is comfortable to sit on. BUT BEWARE it needs to be tightened frequently with daily use because the bolts loosen to the point of actually falling out! I just make sure I tighten them often because they always need it. I do like the way it folds up to stash in a narrow space while still standing but it’s too bulky to fit in my car like my old walker did so I have to keep a smaller one in the car and use this one in the building. It rolls very nicely though. I will use it but would never buy another one.

Sturdy, smooth rolling, shocks add comfort both for walking and sitting
Well built and very sturdy and stable walker. The 10-inch wheels are smooth and non slip. The paint job on the red model is deep and beautiful, much like what you will find on a quality bicycle frame. The walker folds up along its width by tugging upward on a nylon strap on the seat. This releases two metal catches that prevent the chair from accidentally folding. The handgrips are ergonomic, cushioned and comfortable, and provide a good grip. The handles can be adjusted up or down to match your height and preference, and have 5 height settings. The adjustment is made by releasing a button and moving each handle to the correct height. Hand brake levers are on each handle and are fairly close to the grips, which should make operation easy even for someone with smaller hands. The brakes are cable operated and strong. There are barrel adjusters (see photo) that can be adjusted by hand to avoid the brakes dragging and to tighten them as the cables stretch over time. The rear legs have small rubber foot pads at the bottom that make it a bit easier to lever the front wheels up onto a curb as you’re walking. The seat is wide and comfortable. It feels a bit wider that some other walkers and the handles don’t imping on your chest as some others do. This unit comes with rubber shocks. You can feel them flexing and absorbing shocks both when you’re walking and putting weight on the handles, as well as when you’re sitting and lean forward. It’s a small bit of travel, but definitely adds to the comfort. The walker feels light in use, partly because it’s well balanced and smooth rolling. But the weight is more than represented and I found it to be 20.36 pounds on one scale and 20.5 lbs. on another. This is with the large accessory bag attached as shown in the pictures. The walker has a good number of light reflective elements, including two round 1-inch red reflectors on the front and two on the back, plus white reflective border material on the accessory bag. While the walker easily folds along its width for storing or putting into a vehicle, the rear wheels don’t collapse further without removing 4 bolts. The bolts have large plastic finger knobs and can be removed and installed without tools. It’s not difficult, but would likely not be something most people would want to do frequently. I don’t see it as a negative, but something to be aware of. The walker requires a bit of assembly when it arrives, but it goes together quickly and the instructions are clear and complete. Once assembled, my model was ready to go, with brakes perfectly adjusted.

Poor quality control and assembly requirements
This came packaged very nice , but the assembly was a bitch, awkward and heavy parts and trying to line up the bolts in the holes while balancing the wheels and legs together is not easy. Then after 45 minutes of assembly to put 4 wheels on I found it was off balance and wobbly only to ding a severe crack in the frame almost broken in half. Note happy at all with this purchase

Recién comprado funcionó muy bien. Al poco tiempo (+/- un mes) empezó a cargarse hacia a un lado, lo revisé, parece que tiene un balero dañado una de las ruedas delanteras, y no encuentro en dónde venden las refacciones de éstas.
