Great & perfect video in 4k
I'm so pleased with the video quality of this camera. It is easy to set up and just as easy to use. It comes with a waterproof case, but I won't be using it just the bracket to hold the camera. It has an external mic, but won't be using it either. I set it up on my bike and really pleased with the video. There are others just this, but they aren't 4k only 1080, so why would you spend the same money for a lesser camera? I haven't used the wifi, its easy to pull the card for use in my computer. It also has a remote to turn on and off as well as take pics

Perfect little camera
I have recently started riding an ebike and I wanted to cover footage of the beautiful scenery that I passed along the way. I tried taking video from my phone as I rode on a bike wine tour but it was so difficult to do. So I purchased this camera and it does the job. I like that it can mount to the helmet or the handle bar. The footage is clear and you can actually hear talking loud and clear. I love that you get a spare battery! Perfect camera if you don't want to spend hundreds on a go pro. I would highly recommend.

Not a GoPro, but
Well it’s not a GoPro, but even GoPros don’t get 5 star reviews, and this one is about a tenth of the price of one if you get it on sale.As for what I’ve seen so far, I tried the app once without much success, but since I use a card reader to transfer videos, I haven’t tried it again. The camera itself seems to be a really great buy for the price. I’ve been using it for recording fishing videos, with it mounted in a boat, and it’s been working pretty good so far, I run it without a battery, and plugged into a power pack, and It’ll record 6-8 (in1080p, probably less in 4K) hours depending on card size, I’ve been using 128GB cards. I’m no expert, but the video quality is pretty good, sound quality is about what you would expect, pretty good with the internal mic, except for wind noise when in the boat. Which brings up the one thing I’m not crazy about is, the usb C port is used for both charging and the external mic, so you have to choose one. Again the battery life is about on par with other cameras, I get about an hour of continuous recording. I do like the charger, as it doubles as a battery case too, and it was nice to find out that it’s using the same battery as two different brands of cameras I already had, so I had extra batteries from the start.Overall, next time they run a sale,I’ll probably get another one, maybe two so I can run multiple cameras in my boat.

NOT JUST FOR OUTDOOR ACTION!
I recently used this little camera to video pianists in concert. It's small size and wide field of vision allowed me to position the camera close to the pianist without being obtrusive to performer or audience. The remote let me do some real time editing while conserving both battery life and flash card space. Even though the camera was arm length close to a baby grand piano the un-microphoned recorded sound was impressive.I highly recommend this camera to anyone wishing to capture those special indoor moments.UPDATE 10/17/2024 .........This review was for the previous version of the Timnut action camera NOT this camera. Why it is being used on this camera I do not know. I have noticed a lot of questionable reviews on a lot of items on Amazon lately. Be extra cautious.

The microphone sucks
I bought this camera specifically because it had an external microphone jack. The microphone it comes with is absolutely horryble, and you can hear less than you would if you did not use the microphone. The camera has no image stabilization, but you can't really complain about the little things like the microphone quality or the lack of extra features for the price. Let's be realistic. What I did was purchase a shotgun microphone, and a jack adapter to connect it to the camera, and problem solved. As for stabiilty, you can find some products that will help out with that without breaking the bank.

You get what you pay for
It works and has lots of accessories. Having the 2 battery charger is pretty nice. But, the image quality isn't great. On a tripod, video is crisp. The colors are a bit drab. The image stabilization is not sufficient for mountain biking, but might work for smoother activities. I had to run the video through premiere to stabilize it and lost about half the field of view.

Good Value for the Price
I was looking for an affordable GoPro style camera for my bicycle. I found this one on sale and decided to give it a try. So far I have been using it for over a month and am pleasantly surprised. It is easy to use and I like how it maintains a status of how much memory is left to record. I would recommend this camera for it's value and ease of use.

Returned due to two killers
Unit arrived and I started testing it. Functionality of unit was OK, not great. Video quality was acceptable in bright light but not low light. The problems. The dual screens do not work at the same time. The absolute killer was photos. Even in outside photos with good light it took a long time to take a picture. I had to stand perfectly still while the camera’s processor worked. Indoors you had to motionless for 1-2 seconds or else the photo was blurry. I returned the camera.
